Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

ホテル自体はかなり良く、おいしい料理で清潔です。とても素敵でとてもフレンドリーなスタッフ。マネージャーのクリスティーナに感謝します。彼女の努力がなければ、trip.comの部分的な無能さのために私たちの滞在は完全に台無しにされたでしょう。説明が間違っていた: 1. 「大人専用」の名前が書かれていますが、実際にはまったくありません。私たちの床の泣いている赤ちゃんに加えて、ディオニュソスに滞在する子供たちといくつかの事件がありました. 2.Trip.com私たちが提供された最初の部屋とホテルのマネージャーによると、ビューに関する私の要求を通過できませんでした。写真で見ることができるように、部屋は見えませんでした。 3.写真!何らかの理由で説明には別のホテルの外観写真が含まれていました!チェックイン後にのみ判明しました。🤦🏼♀️実際には、小さなプールは人里離れた場所ではなく、見知らぬ人が通り過ぎるたびに、シースルーフェンスはあなたとホテルの隣の道路の間の唯一の分離であるため、あなたを観察することができます。

Прекрасный отель, сервис, локация, пляж, бассейн и лежаки. Разнообразный и очень богатый шведский стол! Шикарный Крит, море, горы! Спасибо команде отеля! 👍

Hotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους και κυρίως στην κυρία Ελένη. Πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και νόστιμο, η τοποθεσία καλή, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Ίσως να ήθελα το γυμναστήριο 24 ώρες γιατί το 8-6 δεν βταν πολύ βολικό για εμάς που ήρθαμε για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι. Κατά τα άλλα όλα υπέροχα.

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

До 4* думаю этот отель всетаки не тянет. Простенький, маленкий отель. Но расположение отеля просто шикорное - в центре всех событий :). Персонал очень дружелубный и отзывчивый, особенно в ресепшне отеля. Из отеля через столовую есть классный выход на море. Вид на море из столовой отличный (см. фото). Но почемуто в этом отеле берут по 10 евро в виде залога при выдаче полотенец которые вам возвращают при их возврате. Питьевая бутилированная вода только при заселении, больше не обновляют. Комнату ежедневно уберали. Полотенца меняют через день.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

Very friendly staff who go the extra mile. Location is good about 20 min from the airport .The spa that's on the hotel premises is very good too.

My husband and I had a good stay but maybe next time we visit we can get a ground floor accommodation as my husband has bad knees kind regards Lena Carr
