If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

部屋は広くて、常夜灯があって便利でした。予約したファミリールームは52階にあり、チェックイン前に電話とSMSで、56階のフロントへの行き方を教えてくれました。朝食と深夜のお粥のメニューは、岳家嘴のアトゥールよりも豊富で、ここのシュウマイが大好きだったので、10個持ち帰りたいと伝えたら、シェフが特別に蒸したてを10個プレゼントしてくれました。唯一不便だったのはエレベーターです。アトゥール専用のエレベーターが2台あるとはいえ、階数が高いので、やはり待ち時間が長かったです。

長沙から武漢へのトランジットの際、武漢関を通過した際に貴社のマルコポーロホテルを選びました。外から見ると、歴史的、文化的な意味合いを持っているように見えます。実際、何か特別な場所にあります。部屋のタイプがアップグレードされ、より快適に過ごすことができました。主な理由は、遮音効果が非常に高く、眠りが浅かったためです。また、ホテルのスタッフのフェリックスが熱心に案内し、ホテルの4階に案内してくれたので、ホテル内の設備に偏っていたジムやスパのサービスがとても快適で、疲れを癒すことができました。ほとんどが出来が悪く評判も良くなかったのですが、この点ではフェリックスの積極的な紹介が素晴らしいと思いました。さらに特筆すべきは、Hemaのテイクアウトを注文したのですが、ホテルの入り口にあるテイクアウトボックスに荷物がなかったので、少し腹を立てて1階のフロントに行きました。フロントデスクは、「いいえ、わかりません」と言い、最終的に、彼は私をテイクアウト店に連れて行き、間違った住所を入力したことを確認しました。それを知ったフェリックスが友人のオフィスに連絡すると、「しばらくお待ちください」と優しく言われ、テイクアウトのスタッフに連絡するよう電話し、テイクアウトであることを確認してから取りに来てもらいました。友人の会社にいることが確認されたので、携帯電話を使用して QR コードをスキャンして Hema のテイクアウトを開き、用事も Hema が私に代わって Hema を受け取り、マルコのホテルに届けてくれました。私は使い走りにサービスを早めるように頼み、30分で届けてくれました。この丁寧でプロフェッショナルなサービスと細かい点に本当に感銘を受けました。しかし、このHemaのテイクアウトは大したことではありませんでしたが、フェリックスは全体を通して私が真剣に問題を解決するのを助けてくれました。彼の論理的思考は明晰で組織的で、プロセス全体を通じて笑顔で自信を持ってテイクアウトや用事のスタッフに向き合っていました。それはあなた自身の問題であり、武漢マルコポーロホテルには模範的なサービススタッフのフェリックスがいて、安心できます。安全にここに滞在でき、私の持ち物も守られます。ここは武漢で最も人道的なホテルです。ここに長居せずにはいられません。また一流のホテルに泊まりたいです。

今回の漢陽出張では、非常に地理的に優れた盛捷未来センターサービスアパートを選びました。部屋の面積は同じ価格帯の星ホテルに比べて大気があり、施設も十分に整っていて、個人的には部屋全体の体験が十分にできると思っています。公区は大きくありませんが、ジム、サウナ、スタジオなどがあり、しかも普通に予約して使用することができます。星ホテルに比べて有料の施設が多く、このホテルの付加価値サービスは十分だと思います。ホテルのサービスはさらに思いやりがあり、youkoさんとロビーマネージャーのAprilさんの2人のスタッフを特別に表彰し、彼女たちのサービスの下で、今回の宿泊体験をグレードアップさせてくれました。武漢への旅行需要があれば、特にこのホテルをお勧めします。階下は地下鉄の口で、各観光地にも近く、エレベーターは階下のビジネスセンターに直行できて、とても便利です。

Throughout the stay, service remained consistently excellent—whether arranging transportation or providing local tips, the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spacious, with modern furnishings and neutral tones that created a calming atmosphere. We could control lighting, temperature, and curtains via a tablet, making for a highly customizable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with a large smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures, a rain shower, and quality toiletries. Small touches like beautiful floors in the bathroom enhance the luxurious feel. The overall design reflected the hotel’s commitment to modernity without sacrificing comfort. 総評：中国で泊まったホステルの中で、ここが一番快適でした。地下鉄「彭流洋」駅のすぐ近くにあるこのホステルは、オーナー3人の名前「胡、徐、李」を冠しています。一見、安っぽい模倣のように思えますが、実は地元の文化を反映した心遣いと言えるでしょう。 設備：共用エリアは広々としており、設備も充実しています。静かな勉強スペース、気軽におしゃべりできるスペース、ボードゲームエリアなどがあり、オーナーの心遣いは実に素晴らしいです。ヨーロッパやアメリカからのゲストにも出会うことができました。私が泊まった4人部屋は窓があり、風通しも良好でした。バスルームと洗面所は別々で、ヘアドライヤーは莱芬（ライフェン）のブランドでした。使ってすぐにJD.comで同じものを購入しました！ 清潔さ：オープンしてまだ6ヶ月ですが、寝具は清潔で、設備もとても清潔でした。清掃員の方が毎朝共用エリアを掃除してくれます。 環境：エントランスとエレベーターは目立たず、エレベーター内の階数表示もやや雑然とした配色のため読みにくいです。周囲には小秋餃子、建奇フライドチキン、茶麺月肴、三珍民生デザートショップ、蔡倫記など、有名な軽食店が軒を連ねており、選択肢は豊富です。 サービス：フロントスタッフは非常に丁寧でしたが、周辺の観光スポットやレストランの情報は見当たらず、宿泊客とのインタラクティブなメッセージも不足していました。これは他のホステルでは概ね良い点なので、改善をおすすめします。

For anyone visiting Enshi, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you want to experience both convenience and calm. You are close to the charm of Daughter City, but once inside the hotel, it feels private, refined, and deeply relaxing. Pujian Courtyard-Style Hotel is not just a place to sleep. It is part of the Enshi experience itself — a quiet courtyard, a cup of tea, a peaceful pause, and a beautiful way to feel the spirit of Tujia Girl’s Town. Highly recommended for couples, culture lovers, tea lovers, and travelers who enjoy boutique hotels with atmosphere and character.
