Der Pool war leider geschlossen und wird auch nicht mehr geöffnet!
Dies müsste auf den versch. Pages im Internet auch so geändert werden!!
Also nicht noch damit werben, wenn es den Pool gar nicht mehr gibt. So etwas ist nicht ok!!
Weiterhin gibt es für zwei Saunen insg. nur zwei Liegen! Das sind viel zu wenig. Da wäre schon noch Platz für ca. 5 zusätzl. Liegen!
Alles andere war sauber und in Ordnung.

キングサイズのベッドのある部屋を予約しましたが、残念ながら部屋に入ったときはツインベッドでした。問題をうまく処理したスタッフをチェックインするための最高の賛辞。ホテルは満室だったので部屋の交換はできませんでしたが、ハウスキーピングはベッドをまとめてダブルトッパーの上に置きます。サウナだけでなく、レストランやホテルのバーでも、大西洋で素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。バーのバルコニーからハイデルベルクの古い橋で花火を楽しむことができました。私たちはいつも戻ってきます。

Für den Preis ein super Hotel mitten in der Stadt immer gerne wieder wenn ich in Pforzheim bin Frühstücksbuffet außerordentlich gut reichliche Auswahl Wurst und Käse Brötchen Brot und Croissant, gibt zwar nur hartgekochte Eier, Rühreier wäre schön gewesen aber man kann nicht alles haben

立地はとても良いです。
通りの向かいには夜10時まで営業している大きなスーパーマーケットがあります。
そして市内なので、どこへ行くにも歩いて行けるのでとても便利です！
設備：
1. トイレは少し古く、バスタブの水が詰まってしまうことがあります…シャワーヘッドも水漏れしていて、水しぶきが飛び散ります🥹。でも、価格に見合った価値はすでに高く評価できます。
2. 部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。
3. ベッドはとても快適で、シーツもとても清潔です。
4. 防音対策もまあまあです。
朝食：
安くはありませんが、朝食は食べる価値があり、とても美味しかったです^^
サービス：
清掃係はもう少し丁寧な対応をしてもらえると嬉しいです…
9時に初めて部屋を掃除するためにノックされ、11時以降にチェックアウトすると伝えました…ところが、30分後にはさらにひどい対応をされ、ノックもせずに入ってきました…🥲🥲
全体的にはかなり良かったです～

場所は大丈夫です、ハイデルベルク中央駅から15-minute歩いてください。
部屋はとても広としていました。私はパントリーエリア–が本当に好きでした。小さな冷蔵庫、食器洗い機、誘導調理器、コーヒーメーカー、完全な台所用品など、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。とても便利です。
バスルームも広く、高齢者や特別なケアが必要な人に適していました。床が暖房され、お湯が良く、水圧が強い。唯一の欠点は、歯ブラシや櫛のようなトイレタリーがないことですが、ティッシュやトイレットペーパーなどの基本的なアイテムを提供しています。
ベッド、枕、毛布は快適でした。カーテンが閉まったとき、部屋の明かりは少し暗かった。スリッパが提供されればいいでしょう。エアコンと暖房はとてもうまく機能しました。
価格はドイツにとって公正でした。朝食は事前に予約する場合は17ポンド、中に入る場合は19ポンドです。朝食には、さまざまな標準的なヨーロッパのオプションがありました。

When there is a Steigenberger hotel in my destination it is a no-brainer decision, I just book it. Excellent value for money. High-quality service and very well maintained facilities. The breakfast is fantastic. This time I booked a suite. I love this hotel chain.

出来たばかりのホテルでとても綺麗でした。シャワーや洗面も使いやすかったです。朝食も美味しくいただきました。お部屋にミネラルウォーター(硬水)も2本ありました。駅を出て左側に1分ほど歩くと着きます。ホームからも見えているくらい近く、かなり便利でした。ただ、市街地やハイデルベルク城の方に観光に行くにはトラムやバスを利用しなければなりませんが、乗り場もホテル出て目の前なのでしっかり下調べしていけば問題ないです。駅のツーリストインフォメーションは2024年7月現在では10時からと少し遅めに開くので注意です。

NNaphatkanokI recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick.
The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise.
The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes.
The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out.
Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations.
The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

このホテルは快適で静かで、とても気に入りました。ウルム駅にも近く、リーズナブルなホテルです。立地は悪くなく、駅とウルム大聖堂まで徒歩約10分です。周辺にはあまりお店はありませんが、ウルムの主要観光スポットは10分から20分程度で行けますし、ホテルからそれほど遠くない場所に美味しいレストランがたくさんあります。 ここはまさにエコノミーホテルで、他のB&Bホテルと同様の標準的な設備が整っています。小さなテーブル、スツールが2脚、小型テレビ、衣類や荷物を置くスペースがあります。ベッドは快適で、Wi-Fiも良好、部屋は清潔で、夜はとても静かでした。エアコンは12月でしたが、部屋の温度調節が簡単で、暖房も効き、すぐに部屋が暖まりました。滞在中に分かったのですが、フロントで電気ケトルを借りられますが、ティーバッグは有料です。バスルームは快適で、シャワーの水圧も良く、温度調節も簡単でした。オールインワンタイプのボディソープが備え付けられているので、ご自身のアメニティを持参することをお勧めします。 改善点として、早めに到着した場合の入館方法を改善してほしいと思いました。午前11時頃に荷物を預けに行った際、ドアが常に開いているとは限らないことが分かりました。スタッフ全員が英語を話せるわけではありませんが、チェックインの際には対応が良かったです。ロビーの外にセルフチェックイン機がありますが、私たちが利用した時は作動していませんでした。また、フロントデスクが常に無人ではないようなので、遅い時間にチェックインする場合は少し不安です。営業時間外は暗証番号で入館できますが、まずチェックインを済ませる必要があり、その暗証番号で客室のドアも解錠できます。 ホテルの近くには路上駐車スペースと地下駐車場があります。ホテルのアプリを利用すると朝食が割引になり、滞在中は無料の朝食が受けられる会員制度もあるようです。フロントデスクでは、飲み物、軽食、ピザなども販売しています。

AAng_ieThe highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing.
The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout.
Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further.
Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in.
What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself.
In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

LLellSThe Aparthotel is in an excellent location - a stone’s throw from the regular, direct airport bus and the station as well as the old town (and Christmas markets). It’s also a stone’s throw on foot from a three supermarkets (including an organic one).
The superior apartment was quiet with blackout blinds and had a comfortable bed as well as a surprisingly comfortable sofabed as well as a kitchenette which was adequately but not well equipped.
The apartment was spotless and modern and we would definitely recommend it - with some ‘watch outs’ to make your stay smoother than ours.
- check-in was a shambles and really unpleasant after 8 hours’ travelling. Be prepared
- The email arrived the day before in German only
- the address provided was *not* the address for the entrance
- at the hotel the WiFi initially didn’t work so I couldn’t check in online and although there was a woman sat at the desk and available, I was directed to a kiosk where I had to (very publicly) enter my private details and those of my friend. Which I hadn’t been told I would need and that I couldn’t get as she was arriving separately and at that point was airborne. So I returned to the desk (while my checkin timed out) only to be told I couldn’t check in without her details. When I pointed out a four to five hour wait for that when I hadn’t been told was unreasonable I was told just to enter my details twice. There was never then any option to update them later so she remained unregistered.
- more information would have been helpful. We only discovered we were entitled to a bottle of water each day on the last morning and we have no idea what the recycling situation was. For a hotel that claims eco-credentials there really should be some informations / instructions. We just left everything clean and piled in the kitchenette.

中心地からメイン通りをゆっくり歩いても10分程度の位置でしたが2万円以下('朝食別)で利用出来ました❗何でも高いスイスからフランクフルト空港に帰る途中に1泊すましたのでお得感大です‼️カラカラ浴場が直ぐ手前の左手にあり、20ユーロで利用しました。近代的な機能優先のホテルです‼️

SSUSAN TOMこのホテルに10/5の評価を付けられるならそうします。私たちは長期滞在（16日間）しましたが、その間、最高でフレンドリーなサービスを受けました。 受付のスタッフはいつもフレンドリーで明るく、どんな質問にも喜んで答えてくれました。 朝食は素晴らしく、種類も豊富でした。そして毎朝、感じの良い明るいスタッフが私たちを迎えてくれました。スタッフの一人は、自分の仕事が大好きだと言っていました。スタッフが仕事に情熱を注いでいるホテルに泊まりたくない人がいるでしょうか？一緒に旅行していた母が数日体調を崩したのですが、スタッフのおかげで朝食を部屋に持って行くことができました。 部屋は素晴らしかったです。私たちはバリアフリールームをリクエストしましたが、期待を裏切られることはありませんでした。エットリンゲンは車椅子対応の街としてはあまり知られていませんが、シュタットホテル・エンゲルはあらゆるバリアフリーのニーズに対応していました。正面玄関には階段がなく、朝食ルーム階までエレベーターがあります。私たちの部屋のバスルームは車椅子対応で、高めのトイレ、バリアフリーのシャワー、そして車椅子を下に置ける洗面台がありました。私たちは車椅子を持っていませんでしたが、母は歩行器を使っているので、同じような設備がいくつか必要でした。心配な方のために、部屋にはエアコンが完備されています。 ロケーションは最高です。ホテルから旧市街に直接アクセスでき、多くのショップ、カフェ、レストランまで歩いて行けます。ホテルの入り口は中庭エリアにあり、天気の良い日にはテーブルでくつろげます。
