イギリスバークシャーで、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.

Just returned from a two night stay. The hotel could not be in a better location.....absolutely perfect! Unfortunately though the hotel is very tired and dated. The lift doesnt work and judging bybprevious reviews im not sure the last time that it was. The bathroom door wouldnt stay closed and my room overlooked the backs where clearly the bins and restaurant staff are. I was rudely awoken by the staff and bin men at 04.45am which wasnt great. All in all a perfect location and the reception staff were lovely but not really worth the money that it cost!

Hotel bien ubicado a 10 minutos del centro de newbury. Limpio y ordenado. El cuarto era mas grande de lo que vimos en las fotos. Muy cómodo y funcional.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

今回2回目の宿泊でした。前回も良かったのですが、今回はバレンタインデーだったので、フロントからチョコサービスがありました。お部屋も広くバスタブもあり安価の割に良いとおもいます。ターミナル5から703のバスに乗れば目の前がホテルです。スーパーは3分程近くに夜の23時までやってます。小さなスーパーですが、お酒類売ってます。ホテルにも小さなバーがあります。

このホテルは、清潔さ、便利な立地、そして管理の行き届いた駐車場など、素晴らしい滞在を提供します。客室と共用エリアは清潔に保たれており、快適な滞在をお約束します。最高のロケーションに位置しているため、周辺の観光スポット、ショッピング、レストランへのアクセスも良好です。ビジネスでもレジャーでも、交通機関や主要なランドマークへのアクセスの良さは抜群です。さらに、敷地内の駐車場は広々としており、出入りもスムーズで、車でお越しのお客様にも大変便利です。全体的に、このホテルは清潔さ、素晴らしい立地、そして便利な駐車場を兼ね備えており、スムーズで快適な滞在をお約束します。

設備：😂 ホテルにはエレベーターがありませんのでご注意ください。 清潔さ：とても新しく、トイレも新しくてとても清潔です。 環境：階下にレストランやカフェがあり、便利です。

We had a lovely stay at this hotel – it was conveniently close to Windsor town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The sofa bed was perfect for our two young kids, spacious and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!

素晴らしいホテル、無料駐車場、広い部屋、特に新しいものではありませんが、バスルームとベッドルームにはラジエーターがあります。自動運転なので、交通はとても便利です。特にホテルの朝食には、バーベキューを強くお勧めします。バーベキューステーキはとても美味しく、レストランの環境も良いです。
