イギリスバークシャーで、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

部屋を予約する前に、ホテルに電話して駐車スペースが十分にあるか確認しました。電話対応のスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、短期滞在に必要なものはすべて揃っていました。フロントデスクのスタッフは親切で丁寧でした。朝食は美味しかったですが、スクランブルエッグと蒸しキノコに加えて、目玉焼きと焼きキノコのオプションがあればもっと良かったと思います。

スタッフからのサービスは素晴らしかった。 設備は素晴らしいです。 朝食はとてもおいしかった サイトの食べ物は少し高価です、私はテイクアウトを得ました、私はlesが沼地だと思っています。チップス£5.50 10insピザ£14.95個人的には少し急だと思います。 ビールの£7.50は私の意見だけで約£5.90になる可能性があります。そして、フードチップは£3.50とピザは£9.50になる可能性があります。 ムーア人は 食べ物を届けるのを 注文しないで食べると思う あなたののはロドス家だ

Hotel bien ubicado a 10 minutos del centro de newbury. Limpio y ordenado. El cuarto era mas grande de lo que vimos en las fotos. Muy cómodo y funcional.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

私たちが到着すると、スタッフが出迎えてくれました。チェックイン後、本館を通って奥の駐車場側の建物に通されましたが、重い荷物を持って階を上り下りするのは非常に不便でした（後で本館から外に出られることを知りました）。ホテルの出口を出て、一般道を右に進み、ホテル内の他の建物へ行く方が便利です）。 ホテルのスタッフの方が手配してくださった2階の部屋に案内していただいた後、鍵の使い方や質問にも丁寧に教えていただき、とても熱心に対応していただきました。 滞在2日目、レディングは寒くて部屋の暖房が感じられなかったので、ホテルのフロントにすぐに連絡したところ、すぐにプラグインヒーターを送ってくれて、暖房もチェックしてくれました。いいえ、暖房は 5 分以内に通常に戻ります。 宿泊の際はスリッパ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉は各自で用意する必要があるホテルがほとんどです。 ホテルは、レディング駅とレディング大学とレイトン パーク スクールの間の好立地にあり、駅エリアまでは徒歩約 20 分、レディング大学までは約 18 分です。ホテルの斜め向かいに尖った教会があり、ホテルを見つけるのに役立ちます。 ホテルからレディング駅までの道中には、TeascoスーパーマーケットやIndianスーパーマーケットがあり、牛乳やフルーツを買うのにとても便利です。

ホテルは少し古いですが、手入れは行き届いています。コネクティングルームが多いので、隣に人が泊まっていると防音が非常に悪くなります。全部がコネクティングルームなのかは分かりませんが、私は2回部屋を替えてもどちらもそうでした。空港からは少し離れた町にあり、向かいにはMSスーパーがあります。スタッフのサービスは全般的に良く、朝食は一般的なレベルでした。

Limited bar .service finished at 1030pm. Lift broken so all the fire doors wedged open to provide staircase access. Then no hot water for shower in the morning. We told reception who shrugged and said they knew, queried why no one let us know .to be told they are trying to fix it. Left at ten am. Didn't bother with breakfast just headed home early so we could have a shower

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

こんにちは、私たちは予算でリーディングタウンセンターから近い距離にあるホテルを望んでいました。必要なものはすべて揃っていましたが、エアコンでできることができました。スタッフはとても親切で、顧客のニーズに耳を傾けました。

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!
