Close to the beach and clean room. With all the stuff u needed. But they got two doors so was bit confusing for me at first.

So happy to find that this hotel back to how it was. I usually organise group coach trips and the last time we came here was just after Covid, and the whole break was miserable. Food dreadful (not buffet style as it is now), bar hopeless, no entertainment….the list went on. WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION NOW Food looked lovely & breakfast looked fab too. All buffet style and beautifully presented. Staff happy, helpful and chatty. Thought I’d never stop here again, but after last night’s stay - definitely will come back with my group Well done “The Grand”

Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm. The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious. Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable. Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.

スノードニア国立公園の多くの驚異を楽しむのに最適な場所です。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。バーには素晴らしい地元の本物のエールが豊富で、食べ物は素晴らしく、本当にお値打ちです。特に良いのは火曜日の夜のカレーと15ポンドのパイントです!朝食は素晴らしく、迅速かつ大きな価値で提供されました。 到着時に少し問題があり、予約したツインルームの代わりにダブルルームを与えられましたが、問題なく移動できました。Trip.comによると、マウンテンビューも期待していましたが、とにかく一日中山にいたので、.....のどちらも結局気にしませんでしたが、それが起こった場合、他の人はがっかりするかもしれません。彼ら。 コーヒー/紅茶/などが補充されておらず、カップが掃除されていませんでしたが、部屋はとても清潔で毎日サービスが提供されていました。これは私の特定の訪問の見落としかもしれません。繰り返しますが、私にとっては大きな問題ではありませんが、他の人はもっと重要かもしれません。 全体的に滞在するのに最適な場所であり、お金に見合う価値があります。

The Imperial Hotel is a charming hotel overlooking Llandudno Bay. I was on a solo trip and was made very welcome on arrival. My single room was surprisingly large with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Bathroom was also large with an overhead shower over the bath. There was a window which opened and had a view as seen by the photos. Comfortable bed. Bottled water provided. Upon arrival for breakfast I was warmly welcomed and offered a table in the terrace area which was lovely. The breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice, fresh fruit, porridge, cereals, yogurt, pastries and lovely bread. Full English available or you can order from the breakfast menu, some items with an extra charge. Fresh tea available if you prefer or machine dispensing coffee, hot chocolate etc also available. Use of the Mint Condition leisure area is available to guests, bathrobe and slippers provided. All in all a lovely couple of days at this hotel and will return.

一部にはかなり古びた部分があり、改装が必要だと感じました。しかし、部屋は十分な広さで、ヘアドライヤーやコーヒーメーカー（使い方が分からなかったのですが）などの基本的な設備は揃っていました。ベッドはとても快適でした。一番残念だったのは、音楽と歌声で眠れなかったことです。信じられないほど大きな音でした。あまりにもうるさくて眠れなかったのでテレビをつけましたが、テレビの音は聞こえず、歌声と音楽だけが聞こえてきました。いつ音楽が止まるのかフロントに2回尋ねましたが、どちらもすぐに止まると言われましたが、実際には止まらず、言われたよりもずっと長く続きました。音楽が止まった後も、またすぐに始まるのではないかと不安になり、なかなか眠れませんでした。ゲストがエンターテイメントを楽しめるのは良いことですが、1泊150ポンド、朝食24ポンドを支払っているゲストが部屋でリラックスできないのは問題です。

Hotel is classic and good service. Location is very good, off street parking is easy. Charging period is between 10:00 to 16:00, easy to find the free parking in the evening

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.
