Building is near public transit and we are walking distance from south boulevard beach (Approximately a 3-4 minute walk!)Other things to noteThis apartment is located on the 2nd floor and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs.We do not have a designated spot but there is a free street parking available about a half block away from the apartment building. Please be sure to read all the street signs, tow zones, before parking to avoid tickets and towsPlease do not park in the rear of the building.
