Pretty good location especially when we updated the room with a sea view. Excellent service and great breakfast.But the Wi-Fi was so poor when we were at room.Whatever it was still an awesome holiday

Breakfast was good but bacon had obviously been under the heating light too long. Plenty of choice. Short walk to town centre. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. A toilet brush would be helpful!

One of the best Hotels I've stayed in. Big rooms, great beds. High quality service from staff. Brilliantly designed hotel decor and areas including the dining room. Fantastic Restaurant with great meals and a very good breakfast to enjoy. Great meal prices and value for money.

ホテルは島の南西に位置し、空港からのタクシーはとても便利です。ホテルからタクシーに乗るのはとても便利です。バスは少し面倒で、夜は道路がとても暗いです。ホテルの環境はとても良く、小さいながらも非常に高級なホテルで、サービスは言うまでもありません。また、ebikeを借りて安全に注意を払うこともできます。非常に早いフライトでは、部屋に届けられる朝食も用意されています。 (写真はすべて実際のショットで、フィルターはありません)

Great hotel. The location is superb and we very glad to have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but was good quality. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially towards my five year old son. Due to a travel problem we ended up having to check out a few hours late and the staff were very accommodating.

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. ゲゲストWe came to stay at the Merton as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and from the moment we arrived we received great service and could tell we were going to experience a great stay. The facilities across the hotel were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet had great quality and choice on offer, the shows in the theatre were well produced and the gym and leisure facilities were simply great. We have already booked our return trip in a few weeks and cannot recommend this family hotel enough, it’s amazing for couples or families. The hotel is very well managed and the service of the whole of the staff really enhanced our stay. Thanks!

ゲゲスト素晴らしいホテル、フロントスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。部屋はきれいで、必要なものはすべて揃っていました(冷蔵庫は便利でした)
10-15町と海の前まで徒歩数分。朝食は素晴らしく、選択肢が豊富で、良い夜のメニューです。
スパは、追加料金なしでインフィニティプール、ジャグジー、コールドプランジプール、サウナ、スチームルームで素晴らしかったです。
間違いなくお勧めします。

ゲゲストOnce again an excellent stay at the Somerville Hotel, over Christmas. This hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the location cannot be beaten. I can’t wait to return, for another visit, around April 2026.

WWolfeロイヤルヨットで素晴らしい滞在をしました、私たちのゴールドツインルームは本当に広くてとてもきれいでした。食べ物は特に朝食で素晴らしく、スタッフは本当に丁寧で親切でした。
