フロントデスクのスタッフはフレンドリーです…チェックインはスムーズかつ迅速です… しかし、レストランの食事は決して良いものではありません… フレンチトーストは冷たい状態で提供され、温かいものを作るためのトースターはありませんでした。 半熟*をリクエストしたのに、固ゆで*を与えられ…食べ物を無駄にしないために、無理して食べます。 CS がレストランについてのフィードバックを求めて回っているのを見かけましたが、私たちのところにはフィードバックを求めに来ませんでした…それでも彼女にフィードバックを試みましたが、彼女はうなずくだけで立ち去ってしまいました…食品の状況は依然として改善されていません…

My stay second time in the hotel , I pick this hotel again for its location near to Medan Station , for my convenience travelling to and from the airport. The staff at the reception is polite and responsive. I book a room package with breakfast and it is good value for convenience not having to go out. The room I check in was a twin room and I consider its very clean. It would be better if some coffee making facilities be added to the room.

Adimulia is one of my best and favourite hotel in Medan. Location, room cleanliness and spacious, staff hospitality.

I like samosir…the view so nice..the staff also good.. We arrive at Somosir Villa at 7:30pm…our car’s window unable to close.. then we ask the staff where we can find workshop to fix this issue.. then the staff said workshop close at night but he offer to help monitor our car.. he shows the cctv around the area and convince us not to worry..at the night around 2pm, the rain coming.. heavy rain.. i woke up and look at our car..i saw the staff already put plastic to cover window from rainning…thanks god they have responsible staff like this.. unfortunately i forget asking his name..

このホテルでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。市内中心部の 2 つのモールの間にあり、徒歩圏内で、駅も近くにあります。部屋はとても広く、設備も整っており、「スプーン ダイニング レストラン」の朝食は種類が豊富で素晴らしかったです。受付のスタッフはとても親切でした。

このホテルには素晴らしいプールがありますが、私は利用する機会がありませんでした。しかし、私の滞在に影響する問題がいくつかありました。まず、ホテルの水圧が残念なほど低く、シャワーを浴びるのが少し大変でした。リネンは明らかに古く、交換が必要でした。また、部屋とトイレにアリがいて、かなり不安でした。

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

センターポイントモールや地下鉄の駅まで徒歩圏内です。ホテルの前にはミクシーカフェとマートがあります。寝具はとても快適で柔らかでした。チェックインの手続きはかなり迅速でした。それはありがたかったです。お湯とシャワーも良かったです。マッサージ用のスパがあり、料金が安く、スパ用の10万IDRの割引券も付いていました。でも、スパのスタッフが部屋を掃除したり準備したり、お客様が着替えている間に出入りしたりするのではなく、マッサージの後の着替えやシャワーの時間にお客様のプライベートな時間を作ってくれたらいいのにと思います。このサービスを繰り返したくないというのは、私にとってはちょっと失礼でした。また、私のセッション全体は90分（トラディショナルマッサージ）と耳キャンドル（45分）であるべきです。午後12時20分に始まり、午後2時に終わります。そのため、正しい時間に対して支払いたい場合は絶対にお勧めしません。ホテルには、チェックアウト後に空港に戻る前に外出したりモールに行ったりしたい場合に備えて、荷物を保管するサービスがあります。私は滞在をもう一度やり直すつもりですが、スパのサービスは繰り返しません。

10年以上前にゴルフをしていた頃はここに滞在していました。今回は一人で来ました。 シャワーは不規則で、フローは乱雑で、ロビーラウンジにはライブ音楽はなく、カラオケは閉鎖されており、私の部屋はプールに面しているので、新年31/12のお祝いでは騒しく騒しいです。 テレビチャンネルは十分で、コーヒーティーは良いです。 朝食、平均的で退屈。

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.
