Riva のロケーションは最高です。ビーチの一番静かな場所にありますが、ビーチ小屋やレストランへのアクセスも抜群です。敷地内には 3 つのプールがあり、スパ サービスも素晴らしいです。チェックインとチェックアウトはとてもスムーズでした。Riva は美しいリゾートで、スタッフも親切で、とてもリラックスできる場所なので、もっと高い評価を付けたいです。しかし、食事はがっかりでした。ゴアは素晴らしい料理体験ができることで知られていますが、Riva がゴアの基準に見合った料理を提供できればと思います。カフェでスープを注文しましたが、控えめに言っても標準以下でした。翌朝のサンバルと野菜のグレービーソースは水で薄められ、塩が多すぎました。幸い、機転の利く家族がホテルの外で素晴らしい食事の選択肢を見つけることができました。
改善の余地があり、お勧めしたり、再度訪れたりする前に、より良い食事のレビューを聞くのを待ちます。

The hotel is well situated and the reception friendly and helpful, included breakfast is pretty good - nice Indian breakfast with British style also available. The room I had was tired and so felt grimy because of the stains etc. For the price I think there are nicer places to stay.

Beautifully located property. However, many elements related to maintenance and upkeep were sub par.
1. The first impression of the room was that there was a drainage issue in the bathroom. We quickly left after checking to travel in the city while informing the front desk for it to be fixed. When we returned late evening, the issue persisted and there was still water clogging in the bathroom. It was finally fixed after a second request.
2. The Wifi was interrupted continuously with an initial landing page of pay- for - service which was later clarified by the front desk to be an error.
3. The balcony latch was also broken and we have to get that fixed as well. It seemed like we were there for a hotel inspection and audit rather than vacation
4. We also believe that these issues were of less importance to the staff because we explicitly overheard them talking that we would be checking out the next day (this was on day 2 of the stay).

全体としてよかったです。私たちは最初にカフェで朝食を食べてその場所を知り、そこでの食べ物を本当に楽しんだので、ホテルで2泊予約することにしました。私たちがそこに泊まった2日間のうち1日は閉まっていましたが、食べ物は本当に美味しく、プールは素晴らしかったです。部屋は広としていて十分にきれいでした。マイナスポイントは、ACの欠如(天井にファンがありますが、適切なACはありません)と、私たちが部屋からほとんど投げ出された方法でした。trip.comでは、チェックアウトは10:30から11:30の間にあるはずであり、09:45にホテルの誰かがすでに私たちのドアをノックしています!私たちは最後のアイテムを詰めているだけで、まだ時間があると思っていると彼らに言いました。チェックアウトは10:00です...彼は私たちが出発する準備が整うまで部屋の前にとどまりました!それは気分が良くありませんでした。また、裏庭のコテージではインターネットが非常に弱かった。ただし、簡単に解決できる2つの問題。ホテルは、旅行中のチェックアウト時間を変更することを確認できます。 Comと奥の部屋の追加のルーターを入手してください。

I had a one night stay at Lemon Tree. The location was pretty good. The property was fairly clean, there were signs of wear and tear. It didn't bother too much for a short stay. The bedding was spotless and the bed itself was absolutely comfy to sleep in. Staff was great, polite, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast offered was limited but of good quality. Good for short stays.

A Perfect Birthday Getaway at Hilton Goa Resort!
We stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated.
The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring.
Thank you to the Hilton Goa team for the thoughtful touches and for making my birthday trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the YogiTree Hotel for making my short two-day stay unforgettable and very comfortable. They fulfilled all my wishes with a kind smile on their face. The hotel has an excellent location, the beach, restaurants and shops - everything is literally at the exit of its doors. The room was clean. All appliances (refrigerator, kettle, air conditioner and TV) were working properly. The balcony is comfortable, with a table, two chairs and an ashtray. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast, and on the day of my departure, the chef even came early to feed me before the flight. Thank you so much! I love Morjim! I miss you!

ホテルはとてもきれいで、スタッフは気配りがあり丁寧です。ジムは非常に小さく、設備はほとんどありません。絶好のロケーション。ただし、ホテルが提供するものには1日あたりの料金が高すぎます。これはおそらく観光地だからです。私はビーチの景色を望む部屋を頼みました、そして、彼らは私に1階に何も見えなかった部屋をくれました。

ゲゲストЗдравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

AAkanksha KanwarThe stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

ゲゲストHaving arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

YYaLenkaWe travelled together with my husband, we are not clubbers, of course we knew that north Goa is famous for its clubs, shacks, and night parties, BUT not by our room. Even if you party, you don’t sleep in the club, you definitely go home. But this hotel is a party hotel as it was said in the different booking aggregator, in the trip.com there were no reviews about it, so I’m the first one telling you that if you want to sleep at night you will sleep and sing songs ***** with the people from the club besides your hotel, it’s not just noisy, it’s extremely loud, unbearable noise! The location to the beach is downstairs, so you need to climb the stairs back to the hotel each time you go to the beach. The beach is cosy and clean, there are some nice places to stay and eat, to watch the sunset. By the way there’s a small swimming pool and some sunbeds in the hotel area. The room was cosy and functional , they provide even an iron. I think they try to compensate the noise at night by all means.
There are many clubs around the hotel, not just one! So if you don’t mind the parties- it’s definitely your place! I felt as I was sleeping in the club.
We booked breakfast and it was completely Indian, only eggs and toasts were served except the Indian dishes. The restaurant provides lunch and dinner in their restaurant, we tried Indian cuisine and some other dishes, but all of them didn’t satisfy us at all. So overall the stay in this hotel hasn’t been really enjoyable!

ゲゲストThe Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste.
The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.
