全体的に平均的な体験でした。この金額を支払うなら、ここに泊まるのは避けます。世界中の一流ホテルで見られるような温かさはありませんでした。（もしかしたら、このホテルを利用する外国人向けに用意されているのかもしれません。私には分かりません。）
これはランドサイドからの滞在でした。早朝便に乗るために一泊しました。ホテルの入り口まで直通のタクシーはなく、駐車場から複数の階を経由して出発ロビーを通る必要がありました。重いスーツケースを持っていたので、これは不便でした。
チェックイン：スムーズでした。女性は最初、予約に朝食が含まれていることを（予約の詳細を見せるまで）認めようとしませんでした。
部屋とバスルームは清潔でした。飲料水のボトルは十分に用意されていました。ただ、コーヒーは1人分（小さな筒状のサシェ2つ）しかありませんでした。
冷たいコンチネンタルブレックファースト（冷たい牛乳、シリアル、フルーツ）でしたが、朝早くだったので温かい朝食が欲しかったです。当時の朝食メニューにはコーヒーや紅茶はありませんでした。

A comfortable stay for business travelers and solo travelers.
The restaurants, Koji and Ai Di La, served good food, and the service was top-notch.
The only feedback I have is that the breakfast variety should include more international options, as most dishes are primarily Indian cuisine.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay and is highly recommended.

本当に素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフはお客様を喜ばせようとしています。母と一緒に4日間滞在しました。私たちは2人ともビーガンですが、スタッフは私たちのために尽力してくれました。メニューも対応してくれます。私たちはビーガン パンケーキ、ビーガン ピザ、ビーガン トルティーヤを食べました。少し前もって知らせておくだけで大丈夫です。サービスが際立っていた Karthikraja さんには特に感謝です。スパ施設も利用しました。90分間のマッサージは素晴らしかったです。ムンバイは最高でした。またすぐに来るか、別のタージ ホテルに泊まりたいと思っています。

少し古いホテル。場所は良い場所の近くではありませんが、空港に近いです。
しかし、ホテルのデザインは素晴らしく、ジム、サウナ、スイミングプール、いくつかのレストランなどの素晴らしい施設です。
空港の近くに滞在し、フライト前に楽しみたい場合は素晴らしい滞在です。
将来またここに滞在することを確信しています。

This hotel is very close to the airport. Everything about the room was beautiful. I really loved my stay there and the staffs were so nice. If you have early flight to catch up, you should stay in here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

空港に近く、サービスもホテル自体もとても良かったです。すべてに満足しました。
インド旅行中は水分補給が重要であることを考慮してか、ハウスキーピングの方が毎日8本のミネラルウォーターを用意してくれました。
バスルームのトイレットペーパーはきつい匂いがしました。幸い、自分で持参していたものがあったので助かりました。
もし現在宿泊されるのであれば、ホテルの入り口までの道路が工事中のため、交通渋滞に巻き込まれてイライラするかもしれません。

ロケーションは良いですが、ホテルは老朽化しています。家具や床などは比較的ボロボロです。ベッドは不快なほど硬い。フィットネスルームは比較的小さいですが、必要なものはすべて高品質です。プールは日当たりの良い側にあり、良いですが、ラウンジャーは汚れでいっぱいで、特に快適ではありません。
プネの他のホテルははるかに良い状態です。
朝食はおいしいです。食事も美味しい。スタッフはもちろんとてもフレンドリーです！プネーの人たちは本当に素晴らしいです。残念ながら、2回目はエレベーターの向かい側にある同じ部屋を手に入れました。夜遅くまでとても騒がしいです。おそらくこのホテルには二度と行かないでしょう。

TTheam Khim絶好のロケーション、美しい周囲の雰囲気、素晴らしいスタッフ。これまでで最もフレンドリーで親切な受付係とスタッフ、ホテルの素敵で素晴らしい第一印象。ホテルに関するすべてが例外的でした。清潔でスタイリッシュで広としていて、夕食をとった場所で素晴らしいサービスを提供しました。食べ物は素晴らしく、お金に大きな価値があり、サービスは行き届いていて効率的でした。部屋自体は設備が整っていて快適でした。私は私の滞在にとても満足しました。今後も長くお越しいただきたいと思います。

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.

ゲゲストIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.

ゲゲストOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

ゲゲストThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
