That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. リアド・ベリコスでの滞在はまあまあでしたが、完全に満足できたわけではありません。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、チェックインもスムーズでした。受付（ラルビ）の男性スタッフと朝食会場（屋上）の男性スタッフはとても親切でした。 しかし、ウェルカムドリンク（ミントティー）が冷めていました。うーん。 部屋自体は悪くはありませんでしたが、料金を考えると清潔さには疑問が残りました（写真参照）。 もし経営陣がこの記事を読んでくださるなら、今後はもっと清潔にしてくれることを願っています。 朝食はオレンジジュース、オムレツ、数種類のフルーツ、モロッコ風パンケーキ（ムセメン）にチョコレートペースト、蜂蜜、ジャムが添えられていて、まずまずでした。ヨーグルトとアムルー（モロッコ風ピーナッツバター）がなかったのが残念でした。これは改善してほしい点です。そして、非常に重要な点として、コーヒーが冷めていました！小さな魔法瓶に入ったブラックコーヒーが出てくるのですが、それでも温かくありませんでした！コーヒーは熱々でなければなりません。 また、最初はコーヒーしか出てこず、ミルクを頼んでようやく持ってきてもらいました。そもそも最初から備え付けられているべきものです。 *用の塩コショウがテーブルにありませんでした。朝食のパンの量も少なかったです。 悪くはないのですが、改善すべき点があります。 スタッフは親切で協力的でした。 「プールはどこ？」と思いました。これがプール？プールとは呼べないでしょう。 良かった点：エアコンはよく効きました。部屋のデザインとリアドの装飾は素敵です。 部屋のドア（写真参照）は古く、カビが生えて緑色になっています。早急に交換すべきです。カーテンは遮光カーテンではないので、光が部屋に入ってきます。部屋は防音ではありませんが、夜は静かでした。 建物の内側に面した窓しかなく、外側に面した窓がないため、新鮮な空気が入ってこず、夜間は酸素不足になります。 非常に安い料金（20ユーロ以下など）であれば許容範囲ですが、このリアドにしては高すぎます。 結論：美しいリアドですが、改善すべき点があります。でもラルビは素晴らしいよ、ありがとう、友よ。

そこには問題はありませんでした。一般的に、レセプションに誰もいなくてもサービスは良好であるため、正面玄関と部屋の鍵を自分で渡します。提案として、「Riad Nouhal」というサインが必要ですが、とにかく、Google Mapsの場所をたどると、中に入ることになります。

We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Trip.comを介して予約した後、最近ここに滞在しましたが、全体的に本当にリラックスしてユニークな経験でした。 場所: ヴィラはマラケシュの市内中心部から約 30 分なので、静かな田園地帯の側にあります。メディナの混沌から逃れたい場合は素晴らしいですが、移動するにはタクシーや手配された交通機関が必要になることを忘れないでください。 雰囲気とプロパティ: 場所は平和な隠れ家のように感じます。プールエリアは美しく、手入れが行き届いており、緑とヤシの木に囲まれています。リラックスできるラウンジャーや日陰のスポットがたくさんあり、涼しい一日に最適です。建築は素朴なモロッコの魅力を持ち、小さなヴィラスタイルの客室が居心地の良い雰囲気を醸し出しています。 客室&快適: 客室はシンプルですが快適です。超豪華ではありませんが、清潔で、プロパティの全体的な美学に合わせてうまく設計されています。典型的なホテルよりもプライベートヴィラに滞在しているような気分です。 サービス: スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でしたが、サービスは時少しのんびりと感じることができます(正直に場所の雰囲気に合っています)。 フード&施設: プールサイドの設定はリラックスするのに最適ですが、大きなホテルに比べて食事のオプションは限られている可能性があります。食事を計画したり、より多様な街に向かいましょう。 全体的な経験: 美しいプールと平和な環境を備えた穏やかで美的な休暇をお探しなら、これは確かな選択です。アクションに近い方が好きなら、少し離れすぎていると感じるかもしれません。 評価:⭐⭐⭐⭐☆(4/5) リラックスするのに最適ですが、場所は誰もが適していないかもしれません。
