The overall experience at this hotel was quite average. The rooms were decent but nothing special, and the facilities were just standard. The front desk was disorganized, making check-in and check-out unnecessarily slow and confusing. To make matters worse, they returned less of our deposit than expected, which was frustrating. Definitely not the best experience.

The room was bit small ( even though when we check in they said they upgrade our Room) so i Don't know What was the regular booking room size thn.. Maybe much smaller, shower door was not closing properly water was going out, toilet seat was not proper clean, whenever we Keep the ac on it’s coming bad smell so we Keep the ac off for our whole stay, all trowel in washroom was looking like using the for long time Look like old, for breakfast not much option & they should keep more hot food instead of may sweets / dessert item. Overall all reception & security was very friendly & Helpful, f&B morning Staff was very unfriendly .. No hi hello/ good morning.. No check back nothing .

すべてが素晴らしかったです。清潔で、スタッフも朝食も完璧で、空港と中心部にも近いです。ただ、一つだけ気になる点があります。小さな部屋はベッドなど全てとても清潔でしたが、匂いがあまり良くなく、タオルも古びていました（とても清潔でしたが、かなり古かったです）。朝食は5日間同じビュッフェでした。新鮮でとても美味しかったのですが、特にメインメニューは変更した方が良いと思います。 皆様、本当にありがとうございました。素晴らしい滞在でした。

私はオランダ出身で、ダルタマテルでの滞在はとても良かったです! 私はすべてが好きでした。部屋はとても美しく装飾され、快適でした。 広としていて、バルコニーもあります! 素晴らしい山の景色を望む非常に良い場所。 その場所を運営する非常にフレンドリーな家族。 おいしい食べ物も! イムリル地域を訪れるすべての旅行者や観光客にこの場所を強くお勧めします。ダルタマテルは最良の選択です!

What a lovely villa. Ismael who hosted was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. We were collected from the airport and they arranged for a traditional home mocked tagind to be prepared forus on arrival which was honestly the bed tone we had of the whole trip. We will definitely be back.

一切都還可以。房間就是老舊 空調有些久遠。一打開會嗡嗡叫喚。總體來説還算不錯。 位置挺方便。基本走到老城區的話也就30分鐘 住在這個位置能走的話 還是半小時都沒啥問題 馬拉喀什沒啥玩的。呆一兩天就可以了。 設施：舊 衞生：可以 環境：還好 服務：還好

ゲゲストThat was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

HHarpreet & KayFrom the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. FFarahWe had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

ゲゲスト素晴らしい隠れ家のような場所です。どこを見てもプロフェッショナルでありながらフレンドリーなスタッフがいます。朝食スタッフも受付スタッフも、私たちにできる限りのことをしてくれました。皆とても親切でフレンドリーでした。客室清掃員は毎日寝室をピカピカに掃除してくれました。ハマムマッサージは最高でした。2人のマッサージ師はとても上手で、10点満点中10点です。これまで何度かマッサージを受けたことがありますが、先日受けたマッサージに匹敵するものは今までありませんでした。フェイシャルも10点満点でした。全く欠点が見当たりません。唯一残念なのは、夜間受付のアブデルラヒムというスタッフの名前しか覚えていないことです。他にも多くの女性と男性がいて、皆仕事に誇りを持っていました。必ずまたハマムを受けに来ます。ここ5年間で最高のホテルです。もっと写真を投稿できなくて申し訳ありません。

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
