「すべてが素晴らしかったです。清潔で、スタッフも朝食も完璧で、空港と中心部にも近いです。ただ、一つだけ気になる点があります。小さな部屋はベッドなど全てとても清潔でしたが、匂いがあまり良くなく、タオルも古びていました（とても清潔でしたが、かなり古かったです）。朝食は5日間同じビュッフェでした。新鮮でとても美味しかったのですが、特にメインメニューは変更した方が良いと思います。 皆様、本当にありがとうございました。素晴らしい滞在でした。」

「ホテルはマラケシュの新市街、非常に交通量の多い大通りに面しています。そのため、かなり騒がしいです。そこで、裏側の部屋を予約しました。裏側はかなり静かでしたが、エアコンの発電機の音が絶えず聞こえていました。完全に静かとは言えませんでしたが、我慢できる程度でした。もっとひどい状況もあり得たでしょう。 立地は悪くありません。旧市街まで歩いて行けますが、30分ほどかかります。近くにはレストラン、公園、駅もあります。 朝食はまあまあでした。プールは小さく、どちらかというと飾りといった感じです。」

「During the following two days, our stay was overall fine. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options and generally everything you would expect. However, because there were many guests, breakfast time felt a bit crowded and slightly chaotic. Overall, it was an acceptable and decent stay, though there is still room for improvement in organization, especially during busy breakfast hours.」

「Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family」

「チェックイン当日、到着が遅く、静かな部屋が欲しいと言ったので、一番奥の角に送られました。ドアに入ると、カーテンがきつくなく、さらにひどい感じがしました。部屋の変更をお願いしました。幸い、部屋の変更はかなり速かったのですが、2階のベランダにブロックがあったため、階下の部屋が変更され、照明が全然良くありませんでした。朝食が10時に終わったので、私が食べた3つの食事は1日がありませんでした。昼食と夕食は似ていて、食べるものは何もありませんでした。焼き魚以外の魚は見当たりませんでした。写真は欺瞞的でした。遊べる場所はたくさんありますが、すべり台のある別のプールの水は冷たいので、展示しかできません。」
