The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

Zephir Apart Hotel provided a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep. The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available. The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

On a passé un super séjour en couple à l’hôtel Dominium Palace. L’hôtel est d’une propreté vraiment irréprochable, c’est très agréable. Le personnel est adorable, toujours dispo et prêt à rendre service. Un gros plus pour l’accueil à la réception : des professionnels à l’écoute et plein de sympathie. On recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. On y reviendra sans hésiter !

The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel.  The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌 Will definitely return 😍
