The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

ホテルの大きなプールルーム 動物園またはプール

location was a fair distance about 15 minutes walk to beachside and other locations. I have stayed in other places a bit closer for the same price however it is still fine. Room was cleaned daily with fresh amenities provided. Pool area and sunbeds were reasonably fine and clean. Only issue was that the aircon wasn't working quite well. Cant complain about nothing especially considering the price .Wouldn't hesitate from going again.

Employer sympa hôtel propre mais manque de serviette et gel . Petit dej a 4e par tête et il n ya rien pas de yaourt ni fruit petit morceau de pain café nul .j'ai repris un double expresso s'était de l'eau .a fuir le déjeuner

ゼフィーアアパートメントホテルは、到着した瞬間から素晴らしい経験を提供しました。私は暖かく歓迎されたと感じ、スタッフは滞在中信じられないほど親切でフレンドリーでした。私のアパートは広としていて、十分な大きさのバルコニーと設備の整ったキッチンがあり、さまざまな道具が備わっています。大きなワードローブもあり、利便性を高めるための金庫が完備されています。キングサイズのベッドはとても快適で、ふわふわの枕が付いていて、ぐっすり眠れました。 アパートは毎日清潔に保たれ、とても感謝していました。ホテル自体は清潔できれいに装飾され、静かで魅力的な雰囲気を作り出しました。 朝食はゼファーに隣接する別館で提供され、ゲストはさまざまなおいしいオプションを楽しむことができます。屋内またはベランダに座るオプションがあり、ゲストがアクセスできるプールの美しい景色を眺めることができます。そこでは昼食や夕食には参加しませんでしたが、それらのサービスも利用可能であることに気づきました。 ホテルの場所は理想的で、すべての基本的な設備が近く、快適な20-minuteビーチまで歩いて行くことができます。全体的に、私は素晴らしい滞在を探している人には、この場所を心からお勧めします!

On a passé un super séjour en couple à l’hôtel Dominium Palace. L’hôtel est d’une propreté vraiment irréprochable, c’est très agréable. Le personnel est adorable, toujours dispo et prêt à rendre service. Un gros plus pour l’accueil à la réception : des professionnels à l’écoute et plein de sympathie. On recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. On y reviendra sans hésiter !

とても良いホテルです。スタッフはとても親切で丁寧で、いつでも笑顔でお客様のご要望にお応えし、喜んで対応してくれます。 フロントデスクのスタッフは素晴らしいです。結婚記念日だったのですが、プールと海が見えるアップグレードされたお部屋をご用意いただき、お部屋のデコレーションもしていただきました！本当に感謝しています。 どのレストランも料理は素晴らしかったです。唯一「残念な点」（批判ではありません）を挙げるとすれば、シーフード専門のBLUレストランですが、私たちが訪れた夜はシーフード（少なくともポルトガルでシーフードとみなすもの）が全くなく、主に魚料理だったことです。しかし、どれも丁寧に調理されていて、料理を堪能できました。 プールサイドの設備も素晴らしいです。プールサイドのバーでは、ピザや温かい軽食を終日提供しています。キッズエリアとバーでは、終日ドリンクを提供しています。 ホテルロビーには24時間営業のカフェテリアがあり、質の高いペストリーやドリンクが豊富に揃っています。 正直、これ以上望むものはありません。アガディールにまた来ることがあれば、間違いなくここに泊まります！ ビーチに直接アクセスできます

Magnifique hôtel , quelques soucis pendant le séjour mais d’aucune grande gravité car le personnel a. Toujours été là pour nous servir au mieux. Service qui vaut celui d’un palace ayant fait le ritz Paris ils sont au même niveau niveau personnel , surtout les attentions envers les enfants et notre anniversaire de mariage ! Bravo à bientôt
