「素晴らしい滞在、モダンな客室。朝食は豊富で、とても良い経験です。つまり、チェックイン時間が短すぎて、近くを散歩せず、早朝に滞在し、早朝に出かけ、少し急いでいます。」

「Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!」

「メリダでの滞在に最適な場所!ほとんどのレストランから少し離れています。そこに滞在する場合は、スパングリッシュで食事をしてください。別のレストランにあるので見つけるのは少し難しいですが、素晴らしかったです。また、ウォルマートを見てください。近いです。水を買うのに最適です。」

「El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando. Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer. Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.」
