The room toilet cannot flush properly & all water flow out even after maintenance fix it. Water drainage no good. But breakfast was fantastic.

全体的にこのホテルは素晴らしいです。彼らは24時間営業のスナックを販売するカフェを持っています。部屋は家族や3人にとってかなり広としています。ジム(1階)とアイロン、洗濯機、乾燥機(2階)を備えたランドリーもあります。駐車場については、ホテルや近くのレストランの近くに駐車できます。受付係は素晴らしい態度を示しました👍🏻

The hotel look a bit rundown from the outside. However when you step inside from the lobby, you can see that it is well maintained. The room is spacious & clean. There’s even a bathtub. Breakfast spread is average but delicious. The area is quiet at night. You can go for a walk by the Kelantan river.

一晩滞在しました。ルームサービスをフル活用しました。食べ物は美味しかったです。ビュッフェ式朝食は、複数の食べ物の選択肢があり素晴らしかったです。彼らの労働者はフレンドリーで、常にサービスを提供します。ありがとう ：）

戦略的な立地。パサール ワカフ チェ イェー、その他のショップに最も近い。ホテルの横にMcDがありました ホテルの部屋。部屋の隅々に埃があり、清潔さの割に低料金。トイレの設備は改善する必要があると思います。ハンドビデはティッシュホルダーの下にあることを想定しておらず、シャワーはシャワーローズアームデザインではなく、調節可能なハンドシャワーです。 男性の受付係はそれほどフレンドリーではありませんでしたが、駐車場の係員はとても親切で、駐車場と毎回笑顔で私を助けてくれました。ありがとうございます🫶🏻

Spacious and well-equipped room with essentials like hair dryer, charging ports, and water dispenser. Breakfast has a fair variety but taste is average. Surrounding area lacks convenience stores and food options, but overall a comfortable stay for business trips.

The hotel was conveniently located and easily found. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment checked in. The room was clean.

The front desk staff is very friendly. Have difficulties opening the door, customer service & technician solve the issue quickly. Near KB Mall, good location. The room is not thoroughly cleaned. The bed and towel are clean. Quite good just for sleep overnight stay.

You get what you pay yet everything just good to experience. If in future, I’m solo again to KB most probably I will stay again.

Ample free parking outside hotel, no bathroom amenities like toothbrush or shaver provided. Towels are clean but look slightly worn. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to eateries, street food, night market and 7-11
