「The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.」

「全体的にとても良いリゾートでした。メインストリートに面しており、主要な観光スポットやナイトライフにも近いです。この通り沿いの特定の場所（レストランやクラウドナインビーチなど）までは、無料のトゥクトゥクサービスがあります。リゾートにはプライベートの小さなビーチもあります。ヴィラには扇風機とエアコンが備わっており、バスルームにはシャワーが2つあります。1つは室内、もう1つは屋外にあり、これは素敵です。ただし、シャワーヘッドは水垢取りが必要で、そうすればもっと快適なシャワーになるでしょう。 道路に近いヴィラはかなり騒がしいのでご注意ください。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、プールサイドで提供されます。 公式チェックイン時間の午後2時より前に到着し、たとえヴィラが準備できていたとしても、鍵を受け取るには追加料金を支払う必要があります。」

「ホテルはヘネラル・ルナの中心部から遠すぎず、近すぎず、とても静かな環境です。近くにはレストランやサーフスクールがあり、ビーチへはリゾートを経由して、または直接（遊歩道がいくつかあるので）アクセスできます。サービスは控えめで効率的です。朝食も満足のいくものでした。 部屋は清潔で設備も充実していますが、築年数が経っているのが分かります（錆びた配管など）。最近建てられたホテルなのに、少し奇妙です。ベッドは質が良く、エアコンは効きが良く、とても静かです。部屋間の連絡が取れる「ファミリールーム」がないのは残念です。 総じて、滞在するのに良い場所です。」

「キングサイズのベッドは予約しないでください。部屋は狭かったです。エアコンは正常に作動していませんでした。Go Butuan で 2 回予約しましたが、2 回目の方が良かったです。2 回目の予約の部屋にはシングルベッドが 2 つありました。午前 5 時に火災警報で起こされましたが、どこにも緊急性はなく、スタッフからの適切な指示もありませんでした。それ以外は、私たちのニーズはすべて満たされました。」

「Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.」

「It has been the best vacation ever ! Their staff is just amazing, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable, convenient and easy. The location is just perfect. We have all the main points and restaurants closer so, we just needed to walk and no need to use the scooter or tuk tuk. Philippines people is awesome, we were in Coron before but, after visiting Siargao we are sure that we have to come back. If you want to come to Siargao please don’t have any doubt to choose Isla Cabana resort.」
