Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.

ホテルのサービス、立地、清潔さは、Wi-Fi やインターネット接続の悪さを除けば、すべて素晴らしいです。 私は、高齢者の両親のためにデラックス ホテルを予約しました。両親がリラックスして、お気に入りの映画やシリーズを観たり、休憩中にインターネットを閲覧したりできるように、そして何よりも、私たちが簡単に接続して確認できるようにするためです。そのため、部屋の Wi-Fi 接続が悪かったです。 両親は 5 日間の滞在中に Wi-Fi を使用できず、自分のデータを使用する必要があります。ホテルの Wi-Fi に接続できますが、部屋のドアの近くに行く必要があり、デラックス ルームとしては予想外でした。 デラックス ルームで高価な部屋なので、Wi-Fi 接続は良好であることを期待していました。 特に、リラックスしてくつろぎたいだけで、他のアメニティを利用できなくなった高齢者のゲストのために、安全のためにインターネット接続を改善してください。 ありがとうございます。

バスルームはひどい臭いがしました。理由は分かっています。壁やシャワーのタイルの下の水が流れる部分から黒いものが上がってきているからです。バスルームの下はかなり汚れているので、漂白剤か強力なカビ取り剤を少し使うと驚くほど効果があります。タオル掛けは壁に掛かっているだけです。バスルームには物を置く場所がなく、小さな机があるだけなので、スーツケースに物を入れておく必要があります。机はとても小さく、他に使えるものがないので、ルームサービスは食べ物の皿をベッドの上に置いてくれました。スタッフはとても丁寧で、私たちにとっては部屋の問題ではなく、これがこのホテルを支えているものです。部屋のものを実際に修理してくれると、メンテナンスが役立つと思います。電話システムがダウンしていたので、質問をするために何度も部屋を出なければなりませんでした。指定された番号の携帯電話にもつながりませんでした。父の日だったので、仕事でサンボアンガに2日間滞在する必要があり、2泊するしか選択肢がありませんでした。そうでなければその夜に出発していたでしょう。 2 日目の夜、蛇口から水が出ず、不満でした。温水システムにはバスルームの照明も配線されており、シャワーを浴びているときに照明がディスコのように点滅します。かなり危険に思えます。全体的にバスルームは部屋を台無しにし、物の上にほこりさえあります。私は背が高いので、すべて見えます。部屋は通せますが、臭いバスルームと健康に害のあるカビは絶対に通せません。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切な食べ物は良い施設です。ホテルの部屋はとてもきれいです。これまでのところ、滞在全体を楽しんでいただきありがとうございます。

This hotel is a room only type but it’s ok coz there are a lot of eateries around. Across is a carinderia. At its side are a buko stand,a delicacy store which offers also rice meals(some of their goodies are really 1st time tastes for me) and adjacent to the hotel which is on the same bldg is the Novo store(they also have groceries). Several blocks away isVilla Tuna,known for their various tuna dishes. The hotel is located near theend of the famous Dipolog Boulevard. Several steps from the bldgis the Sta. Cruz marker.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Gwandalan House. We appreciate the prompt arrival of their airport service which allowed us to arrive at the hotel with no hassle at all. The room was very comfortable with nice pillows, warm water and efficient aircon. The breakfast was also good. The plaza and boulevard is also walking distance from the hotel but if you're tired it is also very easy to hail a trike which costs 15-20php per person. Will book this hotel again the next time we visit Dipolog.

room was excellent only thing was that the wifi was too slow only had 1 bar signal, same with mobile network.. hope you can do something about your wifi. but all in all the stay was great so thumbs up

滞在するには良い場所です。大通りの近くで、飲食が好きな方にはレストランバーが周囲にあります。食べ物を見つけるのは難しくありません。インターネットは良いですが、ユーザーが多いため全くつながりません。

The hotel staff is very strict in terms of check in time, I arrived to the hotel at 1130am and they ask me if il do early check in, since there is extra charge I went out and leave my baggage in the hotel and I come back to the hotel at 0145pm , but I waited until 2pm then they let me check in to the reception at exactly 2pm. The room is clean but the bedsheet is dirty , there is a stain on the bed in all the corner .. kindly see the photos .
