Bel hotel , bien qu'un peu vieux. Les piscines interieurs etvexterieurs sont super. Par contre le restaurant, en particulier les buffets du soir, sont trés decevants et pas du tout au niveau de l'hotel.

カテゴリー内の標準的なホテルです。予約はダブルベッドのダブルルームだったのに、ツインルームが割り当てられたことに不満を感じました。ホテル側は、予約に使用したプラットフォームから受け取った情報に誤りがあったと説明しました。しかし、ホテル側は「空室がない」として部屋を変更したわけではなく、2つのベッドをつなげて「キングサイズ」のベッドにする方法を見つけてくれました。
私たちはホテルで食事をしませんでした。差別的な態度が気に入らないという理由だけでなく、何よりも地元のレストランで地元料理を体験し、楽しむことを好むからです。
同様に、ホテル経由で予約したお客様とオンラインプラットフォーム経由で予約したお客様に対する差別と明確な対応にも不満を感じました。このような差別的な行為は、ホテルがプラットフォームに支払う手数料に関連していると考えられますが、実際には、ホテル経由で予約したお客様が明確に優先され、対応と優遇に明確な違いを感じました。実際、チェックインの時も、私より後に受付に到着し、予約もしていないのに最初にサービスを受けた人が優先されました。受付では、私がすでに予約をしていたためサービスが早く、初めて来る人はホテルの条件や設備をすべて事前に知らされる必要があり、その手続きに時間がかかることから、次に別の従業員が対応すると説明されました。つまり、私はこの事実を無視することにしました。5分や10分の違いは今のところ私にとっては大したことではないし、何よりも、このような態度やその他の理由から、今後このホテルに泊まるつもりはありません。サンミゲル島に11日間滞在し、このホテル以外にも2つのホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルでの体験が断然最悪だったからです。

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

とても素敵なホテル、人はとても親切で、朝食にはおいしいオプションがたくさんあります。本当に素敵なテニスコート、素晴らしい景色を望む美しいプール、歩いて楽しむことができる広大な土地。私は間違いなく戻ってきます。

設施：五星級酒店來説還是稍微欠缺一點，但是在島上也算不錯了，好消息是房費裏含有免費的spa，壞消息是很小，就兩個按摩沖擊點位，有兩個桑拿房，一個幹蒸一個濕蒸，也很小。如果不把spa放在酒店名字裏麪，這算是一個驚喜，但作為spa酒店就有點名過其實了。
我們住的房間玻璃從上到下裂了條縫，酒店寫了道歉信和送了免費紅酒，我以為是突發剛壞的，且房間都滿了沒有多餘房間，沒有辦法的緊急處理方法，我還覺得挺有誠意的。結果看到半年前其他客人的評論，原來玻璃早壞了。非常無語，壞了就修啊，拖了這麼久。
服務：服務員很好，都是五星級酒店應有的水平。

私が受け取ったサービスは素晴らしく、スタッフはとても親切で親切でプロフェッショナルでした。施設は清潔で運用可能で、機器や電化製品に問題はありませんでした。最後に、場所、景色、部屋、すべてが映画の何かのように美しいです!私は間違いなくここに再び滞在したいと思います、そして友人や家族への強い推薦です!

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

NNodynessoThe check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!).
++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra.
-- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

ゲゲストThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

アイランド・ブリスでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。ポンタ・デルガダでの19時間の乗り継ぎ時間中に、たった1泊だけ滞在しました。私が泊まったドミトリールームはとても快適で、各ベッドにランプとコンセントが2つ、タオルが無料で用意されていました（ほとんどのホテルでは無料では提供されていません）。バスルームはとても清潔で快適で、快適なシャワーと十分な広さがありました。すべてがとてもスムーズでした。セルフチェックインは素晴らしく、特に夜遅くに到着したのでとても便利でした。キッチンは結局使いませんでしたが、通り過ぎた時によく整理されていて清潔に感じました。チェックアウト後もメインの座席エリアで過ごし、機内で視聴できる番組をいくつかダウンロードすることができました。オーナーの親切な対応に感謝しています。ちなみに、私がここに滞在したのはオフシーズンだったので、チェックアウト後も滞在を許可されたのかもしれません。ポンタ・デルガダを散策する時間はあまりありませんでしたが、レストランや植物園がいくつか近く、良い場所だと思いました。旅行者には自信を持ってお勧めできるホステルです。今まで宿泊した中で最高のホステルの 1 つです。

GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

ゲゲストWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

ゲゲストIm afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

VVirginia LioI been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown!
I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants!
I will come back to stay here again, obrigada

KKB100The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

ゲゲストWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.
