「I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.」

「ホテルは大変便利な場所にあり、周囲には様々な小さなお店やレストランがあります。設備の整ったキッチンで調理も可能です。また、地下駐車場もございます。ポートランドは夜間の治安が少し悪いので、レンタカーを地下駐車場に停めておけば安心です。」

「設備は比較的古いですが、部屋は比較的広く、ベッドは1.5メートルあり、荷物預かりは無料です。朝食は紅茶とコーヒーを含むビュッフェを 10 元以上で購入できます。赤、緑、青の路線から歩いて数分です。トラムの駅から空港までは30分です。料金は1人あたり2.8ドルです。スターバックス、コーヒー、マクドナルド、ハンバーガーレストランなどのコンビニもあります。ホテルのドアにカードがあり、とても安全だと感じました。ポートランドではホームレスの人がかなり減り、以前よりもずっときれいできれいになりました。」

「ホテルはダウンタウンにあり、専用駐車場はありませんが、シトロエンガソリンスタンドの隣のオフィス階下に公共駐車場があり、1泊約35ドルです。ホテルから徒歩5分、交差点の角を曲がります。 部屋は小さく、ベッド1台とベッドサイドテーブル2台、バスルーム1台があり、とてもコンパクトです。バスルームの手指消毒剤はいいにおいがします。 フロントデスクのサービスは良かった。睡眠が浅いので、道路に背を向けた部屋を変えるかどうかを交渉し、喜んで助けてくれました。 ホテルから徒歩10分のところにメキシコ料理、レチョンがあり、お勧めです。マッシュルーム、グリルリブもおすすめです。」

「The room is pretty good and the bathroom is excellent! Is super close to downtown! Recommend find your own parking instead of valet parking! Is the same things and save money! There’s a pho place next to the hotel!」
