Generally the cleanliness of lobby floor public areas and room were above average 👍🏻👍🏻 Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would say the amenities is worth for the price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

大きくて清潔な部屋、絶好のロケーション(トラム駅のすぐ隣)、窓の外の景色。高品質のスリッパが提供されます。ゲントの他のホテルに比べてそれほど高くありません。たくさんの贈り物で温かい歓迎。建物と部屋の構造はとても興味深いです。 欠点:夜の中は少し暗い。窓を完全に閉じることができませんでした。一部の部屋には階下にトイレがあり、2階にシンクがあり、便利ではありません(私はこれを指摘し、彼らはすぐに追加料金なしで私の部屋を変更しました)。出発時に保管していた荷物を見つけるのに、レセプションで少なくとも10分かかりました。

ここは、改装された美しい古い兵舎の中にある、比較的新しくてトレンディな宿泊施設です。賑やかな雰囲気があり、駅と町の中心部の両方から歩いて行ける便利な場所にあります。 部屋は概ね良好で、すべてが完璧に清潔で、ベッドは快適で、コーヒーメーカーとケトルも備わっていました。ただ、階段を上る必要があるので、バリアフリー対応に不安がある場合は予約時にスタッフに確認することをお勧めします。また、真夜中にトイレに行くのはちょっとした冒険でした！ 部屋の問題点としては、まずシャワーがあまり良くありませんでした。ミキサーではなく、温水と冷水の蛇口が2つずつだったので、適切な温度にするのが少し難しかったです。シャワーホースもかなり新しくて硬かったので、シャワーヘッドが回転して壁を向いてしまいました。 エアコンの位置も少し変わっています。エアコンは上の階のベッドの上の部分にありますが、サーモスタットは下の階のドアのそばのかなり冷たいところにあります。そのため、夜中に熱風が吹き付けてきて目が覚めました。

場所はとても良いです、駅は350メートル右折し、アトラクション2.2 kmから、道路はゆっくりとアトラクションに歩いて行き、地元のストリートビューを感じます非常に良い、ホテルから約450「敦煌スーパーマーケット」中国の都市、あなたは多くのアジア料理を買うことができます、インスタントラーメンの多くのヨーロッパの価格は非常に安いです、アジアの味を満たすことができ、ホテルは清潔で静かで、住みやすいです。ゲントのアトラクションはブリュッセルよりも美しく、法と秩序ははるかに安全です。通りを歩くと、ヨーロッパののんびりとした雰囲気を実感できます(パリではまったく快適ではありません)

The room was great for the price and very clean, the bed was amazing. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is in a big hotel area by the highway but it is not well connected to the city if you don’t have a car. You’d have to either take two buses or a tram with an additional 15 minutes of walking on either end to get to the center of Ghent.

このホテルには大変満足しました。まず、立地が最高です。観光で疲れたら、部屋に戻って15分ほど休憩し、また観光を続けることができました。部屋の清潔さ、設備、朝食の素晴らしさに、なぜこのホテルが3つ星なのか不思議に思いました。少なくとも4つ星に値すると思います。スタッフのサービスも申し分なく、本当に満足してホテルを後にしました。駐車場に困らなかったのも大きなメリットでした。心からお勧めします。

Sint Niklaas was going thru a process of major road and town works. Confusing one-way systems at play gave me a flat tyre reversing back around the right way and hitting a bunch of stones popping out the ground near the kerb. I think it would be nice to return once the town face-lift is complete... 🤔 Ibis, I thought you'd be better than that. €20 deposit for a kettle and no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar in your room on arrival.. 😒 The ladies working there were lovely enough to give my gf & I a smile 🥰 they know where to park and at what times to pay the machines at the car parks 🤓 Cheap and fairly cheerful but also stressful to load and unload. 🤕

First of all, I really appreciate the amazing service and kindness. It was my solo trip for pleasure, and NH collection ghent was the best choice. Here are some reasons: 1. Employees are so kind and helpful. They even told me about some good souvenir options and festival information. 2. All the things are ready. Anything you need? They just give you the right thing. (For instance, shaver) 3. Room is very spacious and clean. I'm not sure it is new, but it feels like new. Four. Fine room cleaning service 5. Great facilities: They have restaurant & gym & even bar. Thank you for everything, I truly had a good time there.
