Overall Impression: This hotel feels more like a mix between a business hotel and a serviced apartment. It is a great functional choice, especially for those who are driving and need a comfortable place to stay for a night or two while on the move. Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

アントワープ、シンガポール、そして今回ブリュッセルと、これまでノボテルホテルに宿泊してきましたが、ノボテルに不安を感じたことは一度もありません。いつも良い印象を持っているので、今回もノボテルを選んでいます。通常、チェックインが遅れる場合は、Trip.comのリンクを使って事前にホテルに連絡しており、ノボテルホテルからは迅速かつ丁寧な対応をいただいています。 しかし、今回のノボテル・ブリュッセル・エアポートでの滞在は残念なものでした。チェックインが遅れることを知らせるメールを、まずTrip.comのリンクから、そしてホテルに直接送ったにもかかわらず、全く返信がありませんでした。同じ日に別の2つのホテルに宿泊予約の連絡をしたところ、もう1つのホテルからはすぐに返信があったので、これは異例のことです。ノボテル・ブリュッセル・エアポートだけが返信をくれませんでした。 さらに、予約にも問題がありました。Trip.comの自動システムで予約し、既に全額支払いを済ませていたにもかかわらず、2人の子供が予約に含まれていないと言われました。受付係は、私が遅れて到着したため何もできないと言いました。しかし、trip.comのリンクから私のメールアドレスを見せたところ、それはホテルのメールアドレスではないと言われました。経営陣またはスタッフは、プロとしての準備を怠っているのでしょうか？ さらに悪いことに、携帯電話をホテルに置き忘れてしまい、半日後にようやく気づきました。ホテルに電話したところ、メールを送るように言われました。2回メールを送りましたが、未だに返信がありません。電話対応が役に立たず、メールが無視されるのは非常に腹立たしいです。 全体的に、対応が悪く、どこに助けを求めたら良いのか分からず、サポートを受けられていないと感じました。今回の経験は、私がノボテルに期待する水準を満たしていません。ノボテル・ブリュッセル・エアポートが、コミュニケーションと顧客サービスを改善されることを心から願っています。

中に入ってみると、施設内の雰囲気や設備は想像していたよりもずっと良かったです。チェックインも非常にスムーズで、1階には無料のミントウォーターが提供されていました。 唯一の難点は、バスでのアクセスが必須で、バスの本数が少ないため、少し待つ必要があったことです。しかし、バス停から歩いてすぐの場所なので、それほど不便には感じませんでした。

Checked into Sleep & Go Brussels South. The room is spacious, and the small kitchen (fridge, hob, sink) is a genuine bonus. Perfect for a longer stay. Location works brilliantly when you're driving. Easy access off the ring road, free parking, and central Brussels is still close. For a road trip base, this is hard to beat. Unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked in the room despite clear non-smoking signs. The smell is faint but persistent—seeped into curtains or upholstery. Opening the window helps only so much. For non-smokers, this gets old fast. I genuinely appreciate the space and kitchen, and the car-friendly location is a win. But management needs to deep-clean rooms that violators have used. Five days here means that stale smoke becomes part of your routine, and not in a good way.

部屋は広く、バスルームも広々としていてシャワーも快適でした。ベッドも問題ありませんでした。ただ、バスルームにはタオルを干す場所がありませんでした。 朝食は特に印象に残るものではありませんでした。もっと期待していたのですが。ダイニングルームは居心地が悪く、様々な座席エリアやスペースがぎっしりと詰め込まれていました。8時という時間帯にもかかわらず非常に混雑していて、席もあまりありませんでした。皆、出張中のビジネスマンか、オフィスに向かう前にホテルで朝食をとっている人たちのようでした。多くの人がノートパソコンに向かって作業していました。とても居心地が悪く、妹と私は刺激が強すぎて落ち着きませんでした。できるだけ早く帰りたかったのですが、幸いにも、混雑した長いベンチのすぐ隣ではなく、少し離れたテーブルが空いたので助かりました。二度とここで朝食をとることはないでしょう。部屋自体は良かったのですが、徒歩圏内に静かな散歩を楽しめる自然豊かな場所がたくさんあることが分かりました。 また、階段のドアを開けてもらうために毎回フロントに頼まなければならなかったのも不便でした。ドアはバッジがないと開けられませんでした。私はエレベーターを使いたくない。

We traveled with a car and need to go to Brussel Midi on next day to pick up someone. So the location is perfect! Only 10 min drive. And they offer secured parking in front of the building for free. Check-in only open for 4 hours. But the hotel and trip.com have clear introductions in advance, so it’s not an issue. Reception are friendly. Room has no AC but it cooled down after we opened the window. The only reason for low score is the bed and the pillow. There is some protection cover underneath the bed linen, which is hard and feels like plastic or PVC. It didn’t breathe. Lying on top of such thing, our back start to sweat. Our solution for this one night is to lie on top of the duvet, so we could stop sweating. The pillows were also not standard.. when touching it, the filling are little fluffy balls… something like a normal pillow filling after hundreds years the cotton or microfibres stick to each other forming those little balls. (See picture what was under pillow case) For one night stay it was basically okay. We all had shower (water pressure was brilliant). There was strong light outside our window. So we didn’t need to turn on room light.

ルーベンのペンタホテルでの滞在を楽しんだ。エントリー時の雰囲気はレトロでシックです。チェックインとチェックアウトのプロセスは簡単でした。静かな部屋をリクエストしましたが、滞在日はぐっすり休んでいました。場所は素晴らしく、ほとんどの観光スポットに近く、他の人から徒歩圏内です。私はツアーを行き来しましたが、バスと多くのサイクリストが動き回っているのを見ました。カスタマーサービスは素晴らしかった。リザは本当に親切でフレンドリーでした。彼女は主にレセプションにいて、質問/質問に答えるときはいつも笑顔でした。私の部屋はきれいで、エコグリーンになったので、必要なときにのみ清掃サービスをリクエストします。これは無駄を減らすための素晴らしい方法だと思います。基本的なものは私の部屋で利用可能でしたが、緊急事態のために小さな洗面台キットを追加することをお勧めします.また、バーやラウンジでドリンクを飲むためにチェックイン時に与える割引コインもいい感じでした。要約すると、ペンタホテルは滞在して美しい街ルーベンを楽しむのに最適な場所です。私はした。

翌日早朝出発の為の前泊の常宿になりつつあるアパートホテル。 鉄道駅から歩けないこともない距離だけど、空港からのシャトルバスやローカルのバスでも行き来できるし、タクシーでも10分程度。 相変わらずのレセプションスタッフの接客がシンプルなのに丁寧で尚且つフレンドリーなのも、ここをおすすめしたいポイント。 部屋に不備があったりしても出来る範囲で迅速に対応してくれるし、安心して利用しています。

受付係の方は素晴らしかったです。家族向けの部屋を用意してくれて、とても親切でした。レストランのスタッフも素晴らしく、私たちのことを気遣ってくれました。他の宿泊客と知り合えたり、一緒に遊んだり、交流したりできたのも良かったです。滞在する価値は十分にありました。ホリデイ・イン・ブリュッセル・エアポートは、どんな旅行者にもお勧めです。
