ブラジルリオデジャネイロ州で、駐車場のあるホテル

I’d describe this hotel as utilitarian. No decor or warmth at all. The common areas are spacious and quite bare.Table and chairs at the restaurant are plain brown wood, The lobby is sparsely furnished with some worn , drab and very uncomfortable seats. Bathrooms are the same. Just the very bare essentials, not even a box of tissue paper ( and thin toilet paper) We travelled long hours,  arrived at 22:00 looking forward to a good shower …not to be. We were up for a bad start. There  was just a trickle of water not enough to bathe or properly brush teeth either. That could have been a whole area problem as we were told that water pressure can sometimes drop in some areas of the city. We changed rooms , water pressure  wasn’t much better the next day either, the water flow improved just a little and remained as such the whole week. We had paid for 5 nights and ended up staying as the city was packed that week . To go looking for another hotel during the G20 summit which Rio was hosting that week of November 2024 would not be an easy task.  On the positive side, staff was pleasant and accommodating, bed was comfortable and from our perspective, the breakfast buffet was the best feature of this hotel offering abundant variety of  food to meet all tastes- cereal, fruits and cheeses, cold cuts, several hot savory breakfast  dishes - incl. some Brazilian regional dishes as well, a huge selection of breads, cakes, good coffee, and more. Very satisfying. Including breakfast in the booking is highly recommended.  The good fare offered at the hotel at lunch and dinner not good at all. However, there are also three of four restaurants lined up on a small stretch within 5 min walking distance of the hotel- one of them is a very good authentic European Portuguese cuisine and wine. Aprox. US$ 52 for a meal for two. On the same cluster of shops there is a well established Brazilian cuisine restaurant with a good menu where one can eat well for anything  between US$ 12  to US$ 15 and a steak house similar to the Australian Outback steak house.  There are also other eateries snd convenience shops, a pharmacy on the same stretch ( 5 min walk ffrom the hotel) including a 24 hr laundromat where one can expect to wash and dry a load for about US$ 7.  As for location, this hotel is not close to the most well known districts of Rio - places like Copacabana, Ipanema , Leblon - but Barra da Tijuca is a special area in itself and arguably has the best beach in town. The hotel is just a 10 - 15 min taxi ride to Barra Shopping-  the largest and best shopping mall in the whole state of Rio de Janeiro where one can find anything,  including restaurants (recommend trying Jappa all you can eat Japanese food spread for US$ 26 as in Nov 2024). On the whole , when compared with the fashionable and pricey districts of Copacabana , Ipanema Leblon  this hotel is good value for money . I’d stay there again if they fixed the shower situation b’cause this feature matters for me.

ホテルは立地が非常に良く、スタッフの対応も申し分なく、とても親切です。眺めも素晴らしいです。しかし、非常に騒がしいです（窓はただのスライド式のガラス戸です）。昼夜を問わず賑やかな大通りに面しているため、夜間は特に大変です。この通りではバイクレースが頻繁に行われ、あらゆる種類のクラクションが鳴り響き、非常に活気があります。

このホテルに宿泊するのは2回目です。残念ながら、リオデジャネイロに行く際に便利なサン・コンラード地区にはこのホテルしかありません。 ビーチサービスはありますが、宿泊客全員分のビーチチェアとパラソルが足りません。午前10時以降にビーチに着くと、日差しを浴びることになります。 プールサイドにも十分な数のビーチチェアがありません。 ビーチチェアとパラソルを確保するために、早めにビーチに着こうと思い、午前7時45分に到着しました。ところが、ビーチチェアとパラソルの配達は午前10時以降だと分かりました。つまり、それより前にビーチに行っても、結局は日差しを浴びることになるのです。 ビーチサービスの接客態度とサービスは非常に悪く、ビーチチェアのスタッフは文句ばかり言っています。 グルテン不耐症の人向けの朝食はありません。ケーキはたった1種類だけです。ハイシーズンの料金を考えると、選択肢がないのは全くもって不合理だと思います！ホテルで朝食を5回いただきましたが、グルテンフリーのパンがあったのはたった2日間だけでした。他の日は、シーズン真っ只中でホテルが満室だったにもかかわらず、仕入れすらしていなかったようです！本物のチーズパンにはグルテンは入っていません。ところが、ホテルでは小麦粉が入っていると説明されました。つまり、量を増やすために混ぜ合わせた低品質のパンで、チーズはほとんど入っておらず、グルテンがたくさん入っているということです。グルテンフリーの選択肢がないことに不満そうな宿泊客を何人も見かけました。 ある日はクリーミーなドゥルセ・デ・レチェが出てきたのに、別の日にはスープのようにサラサラでした。量を増やすために水を加えたようでした。もしかしたら在庫が足りなかったのかもしれません…。 バーのヴァンダーソンさんはとても親切な方ですが、バーのドリンクはそれほど美味しくありません。様々なドリンクのラベルが少ない中で、彼は奇跡的に対応してくれます。ビーチで夫がマルガリータを注文したところ、青い飲み物が出てきました（？）。店員がキュラソーを入れたようです。クラシックなマルガリータにはキュラソーは入っていません。 フライトが午後7時だったので、料金を支払ったにもかかわらず、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしました。しかし、電話に出た人は可能かどうか確認もせずに、即座に「できません」と答えました。 以前、宿泊についてホテルの支配人に個人的にフィードバックを伝えましたが、今日は公に伝えます。サービス、フレンドリーさ、ホスピタリティ、そして品質において、大幅な改善が必要です。 これはホテル業界で働く宿泊客からのフィードバックです。

ホテルは超高速で、よく保存されており、駐車料金は非常に高く、地下鉄、スーパーマーケット、料理、レストラン、バー、薬局の近くはとてもきれいで、スタッフは例外なく教育を受けています。部屋はとても素敵でしたが、小さいですが、圧力は素晴らしく、ベッドもとても良く、コーヒーはあまりありませんでしたが、とても適していました。

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、素敵なホテル。私は一晩スイートを予約しましたが、部屋はきれいでしたが、いくつかの改修が必要でした。 1つの窓がロックされていなかったため、通りからの騒音は一定でした。いくつかの店がある通りにありますが、歩き回るのに安全だと感じるエリアではありません。 s石鹸とシャワージェル/シャンプーを除いて、トイレタリーは含まれていません。 2つのコーヒーポッドのあるベッドルームのコーヒーマシン。スイートを借りるほとんどのホテルのように、メニューはどこにも見えませんでした。チェックアウト時にカプセルあたり1.5 USDが請求され、部屋にこれを知らせるQRコードがあることに驚きました。でも どこにも見つからなかった 全体として、素晴らしいスタッフですが、リオのこのホテルよりもサービス/ロケーション比にはるかに良い価格があります

3タイプのお部屋を見学させていただきました。 トリプルルーム、10 階、市街の景色を眺めることができます。快適で、必要なものがすべて揃っており、眺めは救い主キリストの方です。 2階にある海の景色を望む豪華なダブルルームです。ハイドロマッサージと優れたアメニティが備わり、さらに快適です。 9 階にあるスタンダード ダブルルーム、オーシャン ビュー: 快適ですが、この部屋のバスルームには自然換気がありません。 一般的なテレビのテレビは小さく、画面共有ができませんでした（たとえば、Netflix を使用できるテレビがなかったため）。上層階のインターネットは遮断されています。 すべてが素晴らしかったです。 場所がユニークです。 ビーチにもタオルとラウンジチェアがあります。傘は有料（R$10）です。 朝食は最高です！

I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels. The location is truly premium, right on Copacabana Beach and the rooftop overlooks the entire beach, which is a huge plus. My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were generally nice, but everything felt quite slow check-in, check-out, room service requests, and even housekeeping. Breakfast was good in quality but exactly the same every day. Getting a table in the morning was also frustratingly slow; at one point around 10 people were waiting, and it took about 10 minutes just to be seated. The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool. The bar area felt cheap, and the thick glass panels and wide columns made it hard to enjoy the view or take good photos. The whole rooftop design felt very old-fashioned. Overall, the hotel feels stuck in time. It’s a bit sad, because with such an incredible location, a modern renovation could easily make this one of the best hotels in the world. For the price I paid, I was still satisfied, but it definitely didn’t feel like a true luxury experience.

このホテルは素晴らしい可能性を秘めていますが、いくつか重要な改善が必要です。立地は最高で、スタッフは素晴らしく、レストランはサービスと料理の質ともに素晴らしいです。 部屋は広々としていて、バルコニーは最高でした。英語しか話せない方でも、スタッフ全員が流暢な英語を話すので、滞在に困ることはありません。シャワーヘッドが壊れるというトラブルがありましたが、修理担当者がすぐに来て交換してくれました。とても丁寧で、邪魔になることもありませんでした。ルームサービスを注文したところ、ホテル内のレストラン「Dom Rio」がすぐに届けてくれました。私はフィレを注文しましたが、ミディアムレアの適温で丁寧に調理されていました。婚約者はアルフレッドパスタを注文しましたが、彼女はとても気に入っていました。朝食は種類が豊富で、どれも美味しかったです。 このホテルが最高点を得られなかった唯一の理由は、客室の装飾の全体的な状態です。カーテンは湿気で古びて汚れており、キャビネットの木材も反っています。常に塩水と海風にさらされる部屋を維持するのは非常に困難ですが、選ばれた素材は経年劣化に耐えられなくなっています。 バラ島で素敵でありながら手頃な価格のホテルに泊まりたいなら、ぜひここに泊まることをお勧めします。ただし、最高級の贅沢さは期待しないでください。とても広くて清潔な部屋、快適なベッド、そして素晴らしい景色を期待してください。
