とても良いホテルとサービスでした！部屋には時々カビか新しい染料のような臭いがすることがわかりました。それが私の鼻炎を襲ったのです！カーニバルが非常に混雑していたためかどうかはわかりませんが、廊下の清掃で空になったピザの包装が 2 日間廊下から取り除かれていませんでした。

ホテルの立地も良く、エリア内の景勝地もたくさんあり、周辺には美味しいレストランもたくさんあります。ホテルのスタッフは熱心ですが、ホテルのネットワークはあまりスムーズではなく、改善する必要があります。全体的な推奨事項は出張に適しています。

ホテルはパウリスタ通りからわずか100メートルという絶好のロケーションにあります。週末には歩行者天国を散策するのも気持ちが良いでしょう。周辺地域も比較的安全で清潔です。サービスは平均的で、ランドリー、フィットネスセンター、プール、ビジネス会議施設が利用可能です。設備は少し古めかしいですが、ビジネスやレジャーの一般的なニーズには十分対応できます。空港は約31km離れており、渋滞がなければ車で50分です。朝食の選択肢は限られていますが、十分です。

2. ここはきれいですが、唯一の不満はネットワークです。基本的に 2 階以上では信号がありません。

17平方メートルの部屋はとても狭いです。部屋にはスリッパが用意されておらず、説明と矛盾しています。飲料用のお湯はなく、無料の浄水もなく、朝食の種類も少ないです。 Googleマップでは3つ星ホテルと表示されていますが、Ctripでは4つ星で、周辺のショッピングモールに近いです。

Traslados à Basílica e visita noturna inclusa são os diferenciais!
A proximidade à Cidade do Romeiro e ao Caminho do Rosário tornam a hospedagem ainda mais proveitosa.
Adorei a hospedagem e fiquei encantada com a organização dos locais para visitação e principalmente com a lindíssima Basílica.

このホテルの隣 100 メートル以内に日本食レストランがありますが、ウェイターは英語を話さないので、夜に外出したくない場合は、ホテル内でのみ食事することができます。レストランは閉まっています。日曜日と月曜日は営業しているので、バーカウンターに頼んでもいいでしょう。パスタ、サンドイッチ、ハンバーガーなどを作るのが得意です。

Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

LLilyPatI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated adjacent to the Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and dining options.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly, which was essential given the warm climate.
Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk.
One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

WWellington DiegoEu simplesmente AMEI, tanto a estadia quanto a festa no Onze.
Confesso que estava um pouco apreensivo devido a alguns comentários não tão legais sobre as acomodações, porém, foi tudo muito perfeito.
A decoração do hotel é linda, fomos super bem atendidos desde a entrada até a saída. Os recepcionistas são muito gente boa e atenciosos.
O quarto é magnífico, muito aconchegante, camas espaçosas além do banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com água forte para relaxar.
Passamos a virada do ano no décimo primeiro andar do próprio hotel: maravilhoso !!
Meus parabéns a todos os funcionários, com toda certeza eu voltarei e também SUPER RECOMENDO !
