It's rather a 3-star hotel.
Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor.
Clean, but dated rooms.
The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel.
A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.
Overall very good and location is super near to the main train station and walkable distance to the center.
They upgraded our room to a bigger room for extra 5€ and it was nice.
Everyone we talked to was pleasant and very helpful.
Always use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!
- friendly staff
- parking costs 19 € per night, but you can park in the streets for free
- breakfast was ok, nearly all plates and glasses were dirty and the price of 16 € is a bit expensive for that
- restaurant and rooftop bar was closed
ゲゲストI had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis Alicante. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers easy access to the city centre and the beach, making it ideal for both short stays and transit. The rooms were clean and functional, with all the essentials needed for a relaxing night. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping service maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer assistance with directions and transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast had a decent variety, including both hot and cold options. The lounge area was quiet and a nice place to unwind. Overall, Ibis Alicante provides great value for money and is a reliable choice for travellers looking for simple, clean, and well-located accommodation in Alicante.
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was spotless clean, including the bathroom. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness.
Location: The place was near many places including a petrol station, that sells reasonable petrol or diesel for cars. As well as you get free parking with the hotel.
Service: The service from check in to check out was easy. However most staff couldn’t speak English including at their own restaurant, but somewhere we managed to communicate. The staff were really nice and lovely.
Amenities: Towels was provided in the rooms with running hot water.
Downside: the room we had was a double room with breakfast included, which wasn’t sound proof. I didn’t have a problem sleeping since I’m a heavy sleeper but my partner experienced drunken people in the corridor having loud conversations which ruined his sleep for an hour and then he couldn’t go back to sleep all night. Other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel in anything.
