このホテルには1000点満点中5.0点をつけたいくらいです！今回の旅行で泊まった中で一番良かったです。駅の目の前という好立地です。残念ながら、部屋の写真を誤って削除してしまいました😭😭 部屋は広くて清潔で、素敵な内装でした。トイレとバスルームが別々で、バスタブまで付いているのが気に入りました！スタッフもとても親切でした。次回コルマールに行く際は、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいです✨🩵 今年一番のお気に入りのホテルです！

Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ).
Overall i enjoy one night stay.
Recommended.

このホテルは駅と市内中心部に近く、非常に便利な場所に位置しており、移動も簡単です。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、最近改装された客室は清潔で快適でした。利便性と快適さの両方を兼ね備えた素晴らしいホテルです。

Hôtel bien situer , chambre correcte literie à revoir trop vétuste fait du bruit et peu agréable pour le dos. Pas de couverture en plus selon les saisons.
Tarif sans remise trop cher pour la prestation
Heureusement sur le site trip. Com la chambre reste abordable à ça juste valeur.

Mooi en netjes onderhouden hotel.
Vriendelijke bediening.
Ontbijt was goed maar zeker niet super.
Had dit zeker veel beter verwacht.
Geen spiegelei, 1 soort kaas wat dan ook nog niet lekker was, heel karig met beleg.

このホテルを歓迎します。フロントレベルは正式に修復されました1部屋の写真、散歩、景色を見てください。トロイスの南にある高速道路のスイッチに近い場所は、私は躊躇せずに戻ってきます。

My family drove from Paris to Reims and to Strasbourg so we stayed in the middle of our route Metz which is a lovely little town. This hotel has parking lot, close to Christmas market, provides breakfast which are all we needed.

Une nuit passée dans un Magnifique château. Réservé une chambre sur le mi-chemin à la destination. Un château au 17eme siècle mais la commodité n’est pas démodée du tout. C’est bien calm et on entend même pas de bruit de voisins.
Par contre le Petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux et est moins varié par rapport au prix.
Les personnels sont très aimables.
Le prix de plat dans le restaurant qui pique les yeux mais ça le vaut. Visitez en amoureux à l’occasion pour fêter

ゲゲストホテルは駅の向かい側にあるため、電車でお越しの方には絶好のロケーションです。大聖堂までは徒歩15～20分、プチ・フランスへもほぼ同じ距離です。トラムやバス、そして小さな観光列車も大聖堂から多数運行しています。ホテルの朝食は美味しく、スタッフは親切で助かりました。客室のドアに「静かに閉めてください」という注意書きがあれば助かります。ほとんどの宿泊客がドアをバタンと閉めて、音が反響してしまうからです。

DDadan部屋は広くて清潔です。設備の整ったキッチン、完全な台所用品、GASストーブ、7階の最上階には、食事を披露して景色を眺めることができる大きなテラスがあります。場所は市内中心部にあり、ほとんどのアトラクションは徒歩15分以内、大きなスーパーマーケットまで徒歩5分です。家主はとても熱心で、時間通りに私たちを迎えに来て、ガレージがありました。予備のキルトはあまりありません。

匿匿名ユーザー早めに到着したがすぐにチェックインをしてもらた。駅から徒歩15分程度で街や観光スポットまでも徒歩10分程度でいけた。
部屋のアメニティは電子レンジやケトルなどキッキンに関する物は揃っていたがドライヤーだけなぜかなかった。
またシャワーが1人あびたらしばらくお湯がでてこなくなり2人目がすぐに入ることができなかった。

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

ゲゲストHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

VVitaliiЭто один из лучших вариантов, если нужно остановиться рядом с аэропортом Базеля или рядом со Швейцарией. Отель удобно расположен в 50 метрах от границы Франции и Швейцарии. И далее на 11 трамвае можнл добраться в центр Базеля. А на трамвае 8 далее и в немецкий Вайль на Рейне. В отеле в стоимость проживания включён небольшой бассейн, но без сауны.
В номере есть всё необходимое для готовки, есть бокалы, но нет штопора. В отеле есть лифт. Интернет работает на скорости примерно 25 мбит в секунду. Утюг и доска для глажки расположены в прачечной. Стирка вещей платная.
Очень мягкая большая кровать, чистые простыни. Довольно тихо.
Телевизор без подключения к интернету, только каналы на французском языке.
Отель стал находкой для нас.

匿匿名ユーザーI stayed in this hotel just one night, it's was near from Airport Basel. The right way is going to the Europcar shop and than go to out side, there is a upstairs, go to the parking 🅿️ and than the tunnel going to the Hotel, because the Google maps don't work very well and don't gave us this option to walk. This way will make your time better. Anyway the hotel was very nice and clear, for one night it's comfortable.
