イギリスベッドフォードシャーで、駐車場のあるホテル

翌日の飛行機が早朝で、空港から徒歩10分以内のホテルを予約したので、あまり早く歩くのは危ないかと当初は心配していましたが、午前中は人が多かったので、群衆に従うだけでも問題ありませんでした。空港に近いホテルですが遮音性が高く、飛行機の音も気になりません。

The stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the service. I requested a duvet for my baby's crib because there was no bedding provided. Unfortunately, I was told that none were available. Instead, I was given a towel to place on the hard wooden base of the crib, which was not suitable for a baby. As a result, I had to use my own duvet for my baby and sleep without one myself. This was very inconvenient and not what I expected from Hilton since I have been in many of their hotels in Dubai and the service was top!. I am not happy with the level of service provided here in Luton.

電車で到着するなら、空港まで徒歩わずか2分という最高のロケーション！ 素敵なジムが併設されていて、しかも貸し切り状態だったのには驚きました。 ワッフルメーカー付きの朝食もとても美味しかったです。 また予約しました！

スタッフは親切で、早朝便を利用するのにとても便利でした。 ホテルのスタッフは非常に親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。チェックインの際、誤ってバリアフリー対応の部屋を予約していたことに気づきました。部屋は広々としていて、とても清潔でした。しかし、隣室と繋がっていたため、隣室の人がドアを開けようとした音に、私はびっくりしてしまいました。 階下へ行ってそのことを伝えると、スタッフは全くためらうことなく、すぐに別の部屋に移してくれると申し出てくれました。隣室の人がドアを開けようとする音に不安を感じることもない部屋です。もちろん安全面は問題ありませんでした。迅速かつ親切な対応に本当に感謝しています。 ホテルのレストランで夕食をとりました。料理はごく普通で、少し値段は高めでしたが、雰囲気は活気があり、スタッフの対応もやはり素晴らしかったです。 一つ難点を挙げるとすれば、壁がかなり薄いことです。午前0時半頃、グループがチェックインし、廊下で30分ほど大声で話していたため、目が覚めてしまいました。眠りが浅い方は、耳栓を持参することをお勧めします。正直なところ、その時はフロントに連絡しませんでしたが、以前の対応がとても親切だったので、すぐに解決してくれたと思います。 チェックアウトはスムーズで、翌朝は空港まで歩いて行きました。特にロータリーを過ぎて道路の下をくぐれば、とても分かりやすい道のりです。ルートン空港から早朝便を利用する方には、このホテルをぜひお勧めします。

Really conveniently located for our needs. Nice spacious room Comfortable bed with two options if needed Coffee, tea etc. available when needed. Breakfast although self produce, fave enough options and variety to start the day and journey home. Staff we saw were pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend. Thank you.

First time visiting Bedford and I loved this quick hotel here. Walkable distance to the train station, a few restaurants nearby and short distance to the center for shopping and food. . Greeted upon arrival with a smile, the rooms pretty small for a 6’3 athletic guy such as myself. However, it’s functional with everything you need.

It was a fantastic time at the Holiday Inn Express Bradford . Everything meet expectations with fail. Thanks to the staff for the warm hospitality and great services.

I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Very nice hotel, staff don't go the extra mile but just enough. Had to mark down due to cracked window and poor view. Close to being 5 out of 5 but I'm gonna give it a 4.5 cos it was nice and I only looked out of the window on arrival
