Although the standard twin bed room we occupied is quite small, it is well decorated, has modern furniture and is spotlessly clean. There is a recent shower unit, a TV, a fan, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are twin electrical sockets and 4 USB outlets adjacent to each bed. While the window looks along the coast rather than directly out to sea, the view is very pleasant. The English breakfast was good, and the manager, Adam, very helpful. There is parking on a hard-standing at the side of the hotel. The sea and pier are close by, and the main shopping area is walkable. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Two constructive suggestions are (1) a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries which won't stand on top of the curved sink, and (2) provision of a toilet brush.

レセプションのスタッフは暖かくフレンドリーです。
海の見えるスイートにアップグレードされ、湾の美しい景色、目を覚ますのに何の景色ですか。
新鮮な朝食の食べ物の膨大な選択、待っているスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気配りがあります。
場所は素晴らしいです 丘を下って港まで歩いて数分。
今年2回目のこのホテル滞在で、合計5回滞在しました。

This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I expected. The staff went out of their way to make the day feel extra special, and I was genuinely moved by their kindness. The room was stunning, the vibe was just right, and every facility added to the comfort of our stay. A big thank you to the lovely lady at reception, her warm welcome and constant support throughout made all the difference. It was a birthday I’ll always remember!

絶好の価値。基本的ですが、素敵で清潔で、暖かく、快適なダブルルームで、外に直接駐車場があり、素晴らしい朝食が楽しめます。私たちがその地域にいるなら、私たちは間違いなく再び滞在します。どうもありがとうございました。

ゲゲストIt's a good hotel, nice attendances, location and clean.
But we weren't encouraged to pay £16 each for breakfast. It was very sparsely stocked, with no cheese or ham, few scrambled eggs, and the room wasn't clean, with food scraps on the floor.
However, we did have a great breakfast at the Stoke Village Cafe, which I recommend.

SSantha_RoyLovely place with peacocks roaming around. We had a wonderful stay but the washroom was bit a drawback. No shower curtains or shower head in the washroom. There was a stand in shower but unfortunately our shower doesn't had a good heating system, so we couldn't use it. Washrooms needs to be improved.

ゲゲスト29/04/2025。私たちはクリフデンホテルに3回行ったことがあり、1階にクラブルームがありました。彼らは素敵な大きな部屋でしたが、今回は2階にいました。予約の写真のようなものはありませんでした。私たちは別の部屋を頼み、レセプションの男性は明日の朝私に会い、もっと大きな部屋があればそれを手に入れることができると言いました。その日後、私のパートナーはレセプションに行って夕食のテーブルを予約しました。彼女がテーブルを予約している間、レセプションの女性はあなたが持てる他の部屋はないと言いました。バーテンダーはとても丁寧で、おしゃべりするのに素敵でした。夕方にはタラが1回しか食べませんでしたが、チップスはタラがあまり見つかりませんでした。他の食事のガムモンとチップのガムモンは、靴の底を修理するのに良いでしょう。地元のチップショップに行くのは絶対に美しいです。素敵できれいな屋内スイミングプールを使用しました。庭は素敵で、ビールはとても高価です。お得な価格でドリンクを飲みながらジョリーセーラーパブに行きましょう。レセプションはあまり役に立ちません。ホテルが犬を連れて2階にいる理由はわかりません。入り口に降りるときに犬がトイレに行きたいとき、犬はすでにカーペットにおしっこをしています。幸いなことに、私たちの犬は彼女のおしっこを保持することができ、彼女は運ぶのに十分小さいです。私は犬と一緒に他の人を追いかけて見ました。全体的に、今回は滞在に非常にがっかりしました。

ゲゲストThe hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation.
Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before.
Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

AAndyPPThe hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking.
We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service.
Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing.
The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay.
I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped.
Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet.
However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'.
We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

ゲゲストLovely friendly place next to the river. Plenty of parking facilities just over the bridge which is approx five minute walk.
The room itself is spacious enough although for some may be a little dated. Bed is comfortable with a lovely duvet and pillows. Only downside was the curtains which are not blackout so do let in too much light for me but heyho I still had a reasonable night sleep
To get to the room we stayed in, we had to walk up a spiral staircase which for some people, this could be a struggle as the steps have been assembled quite tightly due to space so make the steps on the small side, there is obviously a handrail so coming down side ways helps.
Breakfast was continental consisting of fruit, cereal, yoghurt ( which was exceptionally tasty) toast etc. An English breakfast was offered at an additional cost but we preferred this option.
All in all a lovely place to stay with friendly welcoming hosts who were on hand to offer advise and assistance should you need it.

ゲゲストBooed through trip.com. Made a mistake in my booking and booed a room that required disabled access. This was pointed out by a very helpful young lady called Laura (I think?) She amended our booking and very gratefully gave us a sea view room! We had stayed in Paignton the previous night in the Travelodge down the road as it was a bit cheaper. If/when we come again I’d have no hesitation in paying the extra and staying here again. Please thank the wonderful Laura from us! 👍
