I had an outstanding experience at Leonardo Hotel Plymouth. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made my stay relaxing. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Plymouth, close to the waterfront and local attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Plymouth to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Lovely place with peacocks roaming around. We had a wonderful stay but the washroom was bit a drawback. No shower curtains or shower head in the washroom. There was a stand in shower but unfortunately our shower doesn't had a good heating system, so we couldn't use it. Washrooms needs to be improved.

夕食とB'fastは質とスタッフのフレンドリーさの点で良いですが、滞在中に不快な経験はほとんどありませんでした 1. 近くの部屋は、一晩中ドアの音を出入りさせるため、一緒に部屋がほとんどない家族です。 2.バスルームのドアが適切に閉じられない場合、ドアのヒンジが少し緩んでいる可能性があります 3. 11:00 頃に 1 分間有効になり、テストであることがわかりましたが、家政婦に近づき、明確になるまで、チェックインや部屋のゲストレターで事前に通知する人はいません。 4.午前10時頃から、ハウスキーピングスタッフが近くの部屋を掃除し始めますが、ドアが20回以上叩き続け、本当に迷惑です 5.清潔さ、洗面台に髪の毛がほとんどなく、羽毛布団のカバーに一枚あります 結論として、ホテルの場所は良いです、スタッフはフレンドリーですが、ハードウェアと火災警報は本当に私の滞在を不快にさせます

29/04/2025。私たちはクリフデンホテルに3回行ったことがあり、1階にクラブルームがありました。彼らは素敵な大きな部屋でしたが、今回は2階にいました。予約の写真のようなものはありませんでした。私たちは別の部屋を頼み、レセプションの男性は明日の朝私に会い、もっと大きな部屋があればそれを手に入れることができると言いました。その日後、私のパートナーはレセプションに行って夕食のテーブルを予約しました。彼女がテーブルを予約している間、レセプションの女性はあなたが持てる他の部屋はないと言いました。バーテンダーはとても丁寧で、おしゃべりするのに素敵でした。夕方にはタラが1回しか食べませんでしたが、チップスはタラがあまり見つかりませんでした。他の食事のガムモンとチップのガムモンは、靴の底を修理するのに良いでしょう。地元のチップショップに行くのは絶対に美しいです。素敵できれいな屋内スイミングプールを使用しました。庭は素敵で、ビールはとても高価です。お得な価格でドリンクを飲みながらジョリーセーラーパブに行きましょう。レセプションはあまり役に立ちません。ホテルが犬を連れて2階にいる理由はわかりません。入り口に降りるときに犬がトイレに行きたいとき、犬はすでにカーペットにおしっこをしています。幸いなことに、私たちの犬は彼女のおしっこを保持することができ、彼女は運ぶのに十分小さいです。私は犬と一緒に他の人を追いかけて見ました。全体的に、今回は滞在に非常にがっかりしました。

The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation. Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before. Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

Ideal hotel for visiting daughter at Exeter uni.

良い場所。必要でなかったのでアメニティを使用しませんでした。頭を休めるだけの良い場所

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

RCGPセレモニーに出席するために2泊しました。ホテルはきちんとしていて清潔で、エクセター中央駅に非常に近く、通りを歩いてハイストリートショップに行きます。

Lovely friendly place next to the river. Plenty of parking facilities just over the bridge which is approx five minute walk.  The room itself is spacious enough although for some may be a little dated. Bed is comfortable with a lovely duvet and pillows. Only downside was the curtains which are not blackout so do let in too much light for me but heyho I still had a reasonable night sleep  To get to the room we stayed in, we had to walk up a spiral staircase which for some people, this could be a struggle as the steps have been assembled quite tightly due to space so make the steps on the small side, there is obviously a handrail so coming down side ways helps.  Breakfast was continental consisting of fruit, cereal, yoghurt ( which was exceptionally tasty) toast etc. An English breakfast was offered at an additional cost but we preferred this option.  All in all a lovely place to stay with friendly welcoming hosts who were on hand to offer advise and assistance should you need it.
