Fabulous location for the university and city centre, good shower, and everything that could be cleaned was spotless. Windows were an exception, but you can't blame the staff for that. Mattresses were well-used and some of the bedding was slightly tired, plus my apartment had a lingering doggy smell. That said, it was a good price and the range of organisations in the building is fascinating. I'd recommend taking the stairs. It's a 10-storey education.

We stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary and the service was just brilliant and flawless. We had a Signature Room, which meant we had exclusive access to the lobby bar located on the 6th Floor, where all Signature rooms are located. We benefited from a complimentary shuttle to our chosen restaurant located just a 3 minute drive on the resort. All in all, our stay and experience was memorable and topped off by meeting a really nice boxer, aka Conor Benn.

Nice big bed , nice room , bathroom definitely needs upgrading tho , the grab rail on the side of the bath was rusted and exposed metal , shower dials are ancient, could definitely do with plug sockets on the sides of the bed to change your phone etc , no air con instructions but did figure it out , inside of the windows soaking wet in the morning but that's normal given the time of the year , paint around the main door was flaking off so needs a little maintenance , but it didn't put any bad feelings in out stay at all , just little things to point out , staff were lovely and friendly , hotel in general was fantastic , excellent breakfast served buffet style , room service was easy and meals were delicious with reasonable prices and staff were great , would definitely stay again was a great valentine's weekend , thankyou to everyone there

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location comfy bed. Car parking £13.50 I thought was on the high side considering the location. But hotel itself perfect will definitely return when I’m back in this area.

Some of the frontline staff charged me a different card payment than the booking agent had agreed to. This made me feel very confused. Fortunately, their senior management, Mr. Deepy, listened patiently to my explanation and understood my discounted room rate. He explained everything clearly and eased my worries. After a few days, the card was finally charged correctly.

ホテルには駐車場があり、駐車が簡単で、駐車スペースがたくさんあります。 部屋は設備が整っていて、十分なスペースがあり、快適に感じます。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、食べ物はおいしいです。

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

紙の薄い壁と上の人が歩き回ると跳ね返る天井。受付係が何をすべきかわからない午前 2 時の火災警報。ドアが閉まり、夜を通してメインの廊下で人が話します。私はほとんど眠りに落ちず、二度とここに滞在しないと言うのは公平です。

Stayed in this lovely hotel, staff was amazing friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing with a lovely variety The view was amazing from our window the area is quite and peaceful when asked about places to visit the staff was helpful and advised. Will book again
