Layanan dan fasilitas hotel sangat baik dan keren. Hanya saja lahan parkir nya saja yang tidak memadai, Karena kendaraan pribadi pengunjung hotel perlu juga terjamin lokasi parkir nya, tidak kepanasan atau kehujanan.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Location good.we enjoyed stay horizon hotel with the comfortable bed.the television network not good please update. The doors also cannot lock properly

Specifically chose non smoking room when booking, but still somehow only smoking room left when I checked in. How are there still smoking room in this year I don't understand.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. The breakfast was a nice bonus too! Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Perfect for a business trip. Would definitely recommend!

昨日のランプンでの休暇は、さまざまな場所に旅行できたほか、ノボテル ホテルに泊まったのでとても楽しかったです。場所は街からも、私たちが行く予定だった観光名所からもそれほど遠くありません。サービスはフレンドリーで、食事は美味しく、部屋は清潔です。次回もここに泊まります。

場所は街の中心ではありません。 サービスはかなり良いですが、もっと良いかもしれません。 温水は いつも効くとは限らない でも インダストリアルデザインは 本当に良いんですよね。

スタッフのフレンドリーさはとても良いです。部屋も景色も良いです。しかし、シャワーの蛇口はお湯を感じませんでした。7階に着きました。 食べ物については、味をもう一度平準化する必要があります。食べ物の見た目は良いですが、味がまだ不足しているのが残念です。マランギのスパイスを添えたグリルチキンライスを注文しました。味付けは非常に薄く、味はほとんどありませんでした。唯一の味は苦く焦げたもので、ご飯は硬く、おかずは冷たかったです。最も失敗したのはチリソースに注意してください。シェフの料理の味。朝食のメニューも豊富で味も十分ですが、スパイスがもう少し効いていればもっと良かったと思います。

Good facility, convenient room and clean

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip - Lampung! My preferred hotel to stay in Bandar Lampung, with excellent views and nice vibe a little away from the city. Rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel puts more effort in the gym and swimming pool too.
