The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the service. The check-in process was slow, and the room assigned was not up to the mark, leaving me questioning my choice to stay at the property. However, things took a positive turn when I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, Sunny. His response was nothing short of outstanding. Sunny listened patiently to my concerns and promptly addressed every issue. The bedsheet had some marks, which I pointed out to him, and he immediately got it replaced with a new one. He was focused on providing the best possible support during my stay, including arranging breakfast and dinner. He went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. During my stay over the Christmas holiday, I had brought a gift for my son and requested Sunny to deliver it while telling him that Santa had come and left the gift. He was extremely supportive in making the arrangements and ensured the gift was delivered in the morning, just as I had hoped. Sunny's proactive and empathetic approach completely transformed my experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. By the end of my stay, I felt valued and well cared for, which is the hallmark of great hospitality. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, the recovery made by Sunny and his team (Chotti) deserves appreciation. I would recommend Ginger Hotel, but I also suggest they work on improving the initial experience for guests. A big thank you to Sunny for turning things around and leaving a positive impression.

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

We attended a marriage for Shantanu and Sherien at Belezza in Goa and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the resort and the amenities. The rooms are very specious, clean and house keeping service was very quick. Reception staff is super friendly and made things lot simpler for us. More than that the experience with staff during the marriage event , pre and after including members such as Govind, Deepesh, Jeetesh was simply amazing, they made us feel special and looked after all of us very well. We are taking these amazing moments spent back to our home in Melbourne and will cherish these for lifetime and share with our friends and family. We thank all the support staff and the top management for making the wedding very special not only for the couples but also for the families and guests. Will highly recommend Belezza to friends and families. Cheers.

The food service is very good the taste of food is so good every day comes with new taste and Amboni and felly are very friendly in nature and also provide good service Mr. Srimanta is also very friendly. I stay here for 15 days . one thing I find very tasty ie. shake.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

We flew here after a few weeks of travel around north India by train and were delighted when we saw where we were staying. Like most of India, Palolem is a hectic place but when you come into the hotel it's immediately a calm, and enjoyable hotel. The pool is well kept, with a really diligent 'caretaker'. Well done him. All of the staff exceeded our expectations with a particular shout out to young Karvesh who was very attentive. Overall we have been very happy here, and the only reason it's four and not five stars is the music in the pool lobby ( and occasionally in the breakfast room) was intrusive and repetitive and most days we had to ask for it to be turned down. However this was always done with a smile so not a deal breaker. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Clean and 2 mins walk from station.recommended if you need to stay overnight .close to market and one can explore local breakfast in morning before heading to north or deep south Goa .they don’t offer 24x7 food service,so we called for food using Zomato

Красивая территория, до пляжа 7-10 минут (есть трансфер). Пляж хороший. Есть кафешки с лежаками. В отеле скромные, но в целом хорошие завтраки. Поначалу думали, что отель так себе, но после переезда в другой (тк в этом не было свободных номеров на все даты нашего пребывания), за ту же цену с рейтингом 4,6! с ужасными завтраками со стаями мух, вонючим и протекающим кондиционером, грязным бассейном, древней мебелью и сантехникой, мы поняли, что первый отель – просто бомба за 350 юаней! Всем советую, кто ищет бюджетный отдых с комфортом! 👍
