宿泊期間中に誕生日を迎えたのですが、サプライズで部屋のデコレーションもして頂き、とてもハッピーな時間を過ごす事が出来ました。また最終日のチェックアウト時間も延長して頂き、とても助かりました。また機会がありましたら利用します。

Good services overall. There is a bar at rooftop which called Skybar. The view is very good. However, it will become unavailable if there is private party. This is not fare to the customers of hotel because they should have rights for this service as the first priority during staying.

The hotel has a really good service. I ordered food to the room, and it was delivered accordingly. The room has an air condition, a big bathroom and a good view

滞在はとても快適で、朝食の品揃えはすばらしかったです。本当においしい料理が揃っています。レイトチェックアウトをリクエストしたところ、スタッフはとても協力的で、レイトチェックアウトも許可してくれました。このホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

こんなに素晴らしいサービスは期待していませんでしたが、レストランのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。他のホテルとは違い、テーブルを事前に割り当ててくれるので、朝食の混雑時にテーブルが埋まってしまう心配がありません。 部屋は清潔で、快適な滞在でした！

シカンダープル メトロ駅のすぐそばという絶好のロケーション (徒歩約 2～3 分)。空港まで簡単に移動できます (約 20 分) とても清潔なホテルで、部屋はとても快適で、モダンな設備が整っています。

The service was superb. Chef personally took care of my special request. Members were super nice and supportive.

My stay at the hotel was good. I was given a suite, which made the experience more comfortable as the room was spacious. The cleanliness was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Breakfast was decent, though I felt it could have more variety. The service wasn’t bad, but it could be faster. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
