⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel! I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄 Thank you for making our first experience in India such a memorable one 🇮🇳❤️

高層階の部屋またはスイートを予約することを強くお勧めします。高層階から眺めるウルスール湖の美しさは格別です。景色と設備は本当に美しいです。朝食ビュッフェはボリュームたっぷりでおいしいのですが、内装は心地よく快適でありながらシックな雰囲気で、通常の朝食ビュッフェのサービスにありがちな刺激的で騒々しい雰囲気とは対照的に、くつろげます。チェックイン時に唯一残念な思いをしたのは、2日間前からフロントデスクに連絡してアーリーチェックインをお願いしていたのですが、iPhoneのメッセージ機能も使ってみたのですが、メッセージには一切返事がありませんでした。友人がようやくフロントデスクに連絡できたとき、そのようなリクエストは宿泊者や部屋のタイプによって異なると言われました。これは決して良い言い回しではありません。ようやく到着したときには驚きましたが、滞在中はフロントデスクに常に少なくとも4人の親切な係員がいたので、電話やメッセージが気付かれなかったと知って少しがっかりしました。季節柄、全員で手伝う結婚式があったのかもしれません。いずれにせよ、バンガロールへの旅行の方には、家族連れでもビジネスマンでも、コンラッドをお勧めします。

バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)国際空港からタクシーで10分程度。キレイで明るい雰囲気のホテル。周りにはレストラン、薬局、スィーツ屋、ファストフードがありとても便利。ホテル両側に新しい建物が建つのか工事中で日中はかなり重機の騒音、また目の前が空港〜市内間を結ぶハイウェイなのでこちらも車の騒音やクラクション(インドの車はとにかくクラクションを鳴らしながら走る)がやかましい。気になる人は部屋がどちら向きなのかチェックイン時に確認のこと。ハイウェイ反対側は緑豊かな住宅街。私は7階で工事中と住宅街が半分ずつの角部屋だったので何とか耐えられた。

部屋は快適です。 外国人向けの料理の種類は少なく、味もまあまあです。 部屋の水を補充してもらうよう電話したら30分も待たされました。3回電話したのに、小さなペットボトルの水が2本しか来ませんでした。

It was great experience staying Sheraton grand banglore. Great thanks to Sejal Talaulikar for here hospitality. We will stay again and once we be in Bangalore.

All is high standards in this hotel, but the best is the staff. Professional and kind, they let you feel like at home. It's my hotel in Bangalore and I always book this hotel.

The hotel location is awesome. The food needs to improve and the staff is good as well. Rest hotel amenities can be improved as well

ホテルの立地と設備自体は良かったです。フロントデスク以外のスタッフは皆良かったです。しかし、全員態度が悪かったです。助けようとせず、間違った情報を提供し、自分のミスを謝罪することもありませんでした。彼らはあなたのレストラン、ハウスキーピング、コンシェルジュからホスピタリティを学ぶべきです。チェックインからチェックアウトまで毎日、フロントデスクの不機嫌なスタッフに悩まされました。彼らは問題への対応がとても上手です。フロントデスクのアミンさんは親切で、問題をスムーズに解決してくれましたが、彼一人だけでは意味がありません。経営陣が彼らを研修に送るなど、何らかの対策を講じてくれることを願っています。

Clean rooms and good facilities such as gym, outdoor pool, steambath and sauna. Breakfast was good. Several eateries in the same location. Would for sure stay here again in the future.
