property location v good , close to tirunallar temple. The stay was fantastic with amazing ambience , food was great and staffs were v polite. Highly recommend for stay in this place if u visit karaikal

It was a great time spent over there.... The room was literally very nice and we really lead a lavish life, we really enjoyed. The location was also good but we didn't have the food there even though we stayed for 2 days but it was a great experience... The services and the amenities especially laundry was literally good and the rest of them were awesome, we were not feeling like checking out everything was so cosy and the staff were really helpful...

I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..

3. the hotel provided a comfortable stay & appreciate the cleanliness, decor and the location. the staff were friendly and their service was good. food was good.. the property was very good. the staff were friendly and their service was good. room was ok, but the bed linen were not so clean. bathroom was full of mosquitos. broken taps in bathroom. there was no kettle in the room. food was good overall regular maintenance is required.

The stay was very good and my son enjoyed a lot in the hotel. The room was as per my expectations. Staff were friendly.
