ゲゲストThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

GGoh Guan HeeExcellent Location and the cleanliness of the room is something very impressive, is my second time staying with Atmosphere. 5 mins to the heart of the bustling restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the room and provide recommendations of good restaurant and ways to navigate around La Spezia.

MMin 88888ジェノバには2つの鉄道駅がありますが、こちらはブリーニョレ駅から徒歩数分と非常に便利です。この辺りには黒人の方も少なく、近くにカルフールや市場もあります。水族館までは徒歩20分強です。ホテルには古いエレベーターがありますが、内装はとても快適に改装されており、部屋も広々としていて清潔でした。

ゲゲストI stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience.
The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea.
The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service.
A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
I will definitely be back!

ゲゲストThe staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

RRagazzi私たちは2人の子供と一緒にこの美しいホテルに初めて滞在しました。私たちは2つの部屋を予約しました。どちらも海の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。建物の歴史的な特徴によって強化された、魅力的で自然にエレガントな雰囲気です。スタッフは私たちの滞在中フレンドリーでサポートしてくれました。朝食は素晴らしく、国際的なオプションと地元のオプションの両方が豊富でした。ビーチは通りの向かいにあり、徒歩わずか2分で、私たちに最適でした。また、建物のすぐ外にあるホテルの便利な駐車場にも感謝しました。バーのあるスイミングプールはハイライトでした。夕食前にリラックスして前菜を楽しむのに理想的な場所でした。全体的に、今後も喜んで繰り返す素晴らしい経験でした。

ゲゲスト環境はまあまあですが、サービスは平均的すぎます、特にレストランのおじさんたちはとても元気のない顔です、英語も話せませんし、いつもとてもせっかちです、レストランのピザも食べられません吐きたくなった、それは私が今までイタリアで食べた最悪のピザでした。 。 。
