The room we had was very spacious and comfortable however, there were small insects in the rooms and the locks on two of the windows were broken. The restaurant service was extremely poor, it took over 1 hour to get our meal order, the portion of food served for breakfast was limited. Hair was on the fruit salad for 2 consecutive mornings.
Staff were very friendly especially Mrs Beverly. She was amazing!

This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishments
