PPasha GlobusПонравилось. Огромный номер, все чисто, все работает, есть фен и утюг. Милый персонал, большой бассейн. Но все же это больше похоже на очень хороший гостевой дом, а не на отель 4*. Постоянный бардак на ресепшен и вокруг него.

AAmir JamaliThe pick-up was on time from our hotel in Westland of Nairobi. The driver, Edward, was professional and friendly and I do appreciate his hard work. The package was 3.5 out of 5. The accommodation at Lake Nakuru was nearly terrible and if I wasn't about the staff I would have left the hotel in the first hour! The food, room, and everything else in this hotel was a disaster! The second accommodation in Masai Mara Camp was not that bad as it is a tent camp. The game drives were all good enough due to the driver’s skills.

ゲゲストAmazing staff and truly exceptional service. Both G. and M. were always present, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout our stay. They helped with meals and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made a real difference, and we are truly grateful to have met them and spent a few days in what feels like a hidden paradise.
The location is beautiful—a peaceful beachfront property in a quiet, uncrowded area with plenty to do nearby. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Diani Airport, so having a car is highly recommended. Make sure to follow the Tiwi Beach exit rather than relying on the GPS coordinates to reach the property. It is also advisable to buy supplies, including drinking water, before arriving at the facility.
The penthouse itself has incredible potential and offers stunning views, but unfortunately it is not well maintained and still requires significant work. Basic structural improvements are needed, including proper ceiling finishing, fencing, and treatment of the wooden furniture due to visible infestation.
Another issue is that there are many open gaps and spaces around the penthouse structure, which allow insects and even cats to enter the room. This significantly affects comfort and hygiene and should be addressed with proper sealing and screening.
Overall, the staff and location are fantastic, but the penthouse urgently needs proper maintenance and finishing to match the beauty of the setting.

Nomad has a beautiful tropical environment, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself feels rather dated, while food, drinks, spa treatments and activities are all quite expensive. In my experience, especially the food quality did not really match the prices.
The hotel app was also frustrating, as many activities and dining options were displayed but could not actually be booked through it.
The beach is beautiful but public, with frequent approaches from beach boys, so it feels less private than I expected.
My main disappointment was the front desk. Trip.com incorrectly showed a 12:00 PM check-out instead of the hotel’s 10:00 AM policy. Trip.com later admitted this was their system error, but I still found the way the front desk handled the situation rather unfriendly and dismissive.
Overall, the environment is pleasant and most staff are nice, but at this price point I believe there are better options in Diani with newer facilities, better food and better overall value. For a similar price, I would choose another resort next time.

JJoe BenjaminsThe construction uniqueness is a breath of fresh air all on its own.
The individualism of the rooms/cabins essentuates and hightens the level of privacy and relaxation.
Even though it is lined across the coast with various other quality hotels, I still got a sence of a private beach with white sand and breath-taking views.
The private pool and the two private jacuzzies either side of the pool with sun lounges also added an exequisite luxurious touch.
The FOOD...Oh my God! High quality stuff.
Very friendly and welcoming Staff (Elizabeth especially, the waitresses and the bar staff were very kind and accommodating)
The room/cabin facilities and layout was the sort of attention to detail i always notice first everywhere i vacation and LalaGalu was exceptional
The Monkeys, yes, the monkeys - were more or less part of the 'furniture' during day time - Absolute lovely stuff!
TWO-Hotels-in-One (BOXO and Galu) One is a container construction and the other is stand-alone wooden structures - something you won't see anywhere least not everyday.
It was not a 5-Star for me, It was a 10-STAR stay for me.

IIgor_S_SI recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming.
However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation.
I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

MMathNerdSwahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you).
The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems.
So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted.
Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.
