Excellent service from Mohamed at reception. Amazing breakfast, and very cold pool. Close to the beach and everything you need.

His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you, Momo, for treating us with such care! We would also like to express our gratitude to the reception team, both the day and night staff, for their friendliness and exceptional service. A special shout-out to Mouhamed (Sadio Mané 😄) for his warm attitude, helpfulness, and positive energy—he made every interaction a pleasure. スタッフは親切で、ホテルは清潔ですが、タオルとジェルが足りません。朝食は一人当たり4ユーロでしたが、ヨーグルトやフルーツはなく、小さなパンとまずいコーヒーだけで、何もありませんでした。私はダブルエスプレッソを飲みました。それは水でした。昼食を避けてください。

Прекрасный пляж, но рядом кроме океана и пляжа ничего нет. В номерах есть все необходимое, но уже немного обветшало. Персонал отличный, довольно быстро для Марокко. Завтрак стандартный, только быстро исчезают стаканы и кружки. Отель был заполнен на 90%, но места для уединения достаточно. Рестораны в отели достаточно дорогие, но это хилтон и рядом никуда не выйдешь. Вечером играет живая музыка, можно слушать прям из номера, очень расслабляет.

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

Location is good and price is very low and despite the faded charm it's very dated and actually quite poor. I understand to upgrade the hotel to a higher standard would mean prices would rise but some things like the poor breakfasts should be better.

Bel hôtel en hauteur de tagahzout. Belles prestations et services à la hauteur de la marque. Personnel d’une extrême gentillesse et serviable pour voir rendre un bon séjour Cuisine raffinée. Hôtel un peu loin de la mer. Difficile d’y allez à pied ( ou sportif) navette obligatoire. Rien à faire autour de l’hôtel, tout se fera en taxi ( hors service navette)

入住15點，我們14點到的，房間一直沒收拾好，到了17:30才正式入住。房間辦理有點慢，房間潮濕有點黴味，衞生紙非常薄，隔音特別的不好，早飯種類很多。
