1) arrived by car and nobody answered the intercom . When I eventually made it to the reception I was told like an ***** that I had to telephone a local hotel number to raise the barrier. Inside were 40 spaces and reversing from the steep ramp was all but impossible. Luckily after 10 minutes a fellow traveller lent me an access card. Hotel should message traveller's that the garage intercom is permanently broken. Especially as it's 200 metres distance around the back from the hotel reception. 2) check in spoke to my like a child when I said I didn't want a noisy room on the side facing the main entry road into Downtown. Eventually I got a quiet back facing room. Value for money is good , but the welcoming reception is average. Never once got a smile from any receptionist. Breakfast made a real effort to please. Душевно. Проживали в номере с 2 кроватями , на втором этаже. Есть кухня и все условия приготовить еду. Завтрак напротив в пекарне. На завтрак булки, йогурт, газировка.

The hotel service was remarkably amazing . We were treated incredibly well by the Receptionist Radovan, he made feel very welcome by attending to all our needs promptly. The hotel restaurant served us very nice dishes. Our experience was a really good one, all thanks to staff at the hotel.

A very decent, cozy, clean apartment that is close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive from the terminal. It provides private parking, an on-site bar and restaurant, and even a kitchen in the room. The room is very clean and large—this is not ordinary airport hotel. I recommend it if you have a short transit stay in Podgorica.

全体的に快適で、心身ともに癒される滞在でした。ラウンジソファのある広々とした部屋で、ベッドもとても快適でした。しかし、バスタブ用のバスソルトは用意されていませんでした。また、バスタブのお湯も十分に熱くありませんでした。電気ケトルは蓋が壊れていましたが、幸いにもまだ使えました。 サービスレベルは、アジアの他のヒルトン系列ホテルと比べて残念ながら大きく異なっていました。フロントデスクでは50ユーロ札のお釣りを用意できず、コンシェルジュは無人でした。ベルボーイもいませんでした。サービススタッフが空港までのタクシーを手配してくれましたが、どのタクシーか、支払い方法については何も教えてくれませんでした。🤔

well recommended and nice place but the breakfast should have started around 6am instead of 7am

The hotel is conveniently located near Podgorica Airport, making it a practical choice for travelers. As mentioned previously, there aren’t many restaurants nearby; however, the hotel’s own restaurant offers buffet options, which is helpful. The spa services are excellent, and the Olympic-sized pool was a highlight especially enjoyed by my partner. The staff are very professional and hospitable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if a stay in Podgorica is needed.

The hotel's buffet breakfast was temporarily cancelled without prior notice to customers, and breakfast fees cannot be refunded afterwards. Customers can only choose the ordering service provided by the hotel (one free meal per person) or check out directly. This is very inconvenient for customers who need to catch a morning flight, making them feel uncomfortable.
