スンガイ ペタニで 2 泊 3 日を過ごしました。マネージャーは親切で、スイート ルームに無料でアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は広く、サービスも最高でした。雰囲気もとても気に入りました。プールとジムも利用できます。リゾートからそれほど遠くないところにフード コートがあります。

Toilet (lobby level) was filthy. There was no air-conditioner at the lobby nor at Lengkuas restaurant, was informed it has been in that state for a while. Breakfast was good, variety of local delights. Outside eateries are plentiful and Tesco is just across the street. Location is convenient for food hunters and business travellers. View was superb from 14th floor. My room was ok, but my colleague next door had to change her room at midnite due to water leakage and smelly carpet. Overall, the hotel need an upkeep.

ホテルはアマン セントラルとペカン ラブから徒歩圏内です。周辺にはたくさんの飲食店があります。チェックインの際のスタッフはフレンドリーですが、チェックアウトの際のフロント オフィスの対応は少々不愉快です。部屋はまあまあです。ただ、トイレの床トラップから臭いがして、ちょっと不快でした。臭いを消すために、管理者が芳香剤を置くといいかもしれません。

The hotel is quite old and I’ve requested for King room but the receptionist said it was sold out and replaced with twin bedrooms. Instead of upgrading, they offer a lower rank. Good view of the hotel and good location surrounded by eateries and shopping mall.

Hotel has a very good location close to the zahir mosque. Staff was very helpfull, helped us booking the ferry to langkawi, cause international visa card was not working with the local app. Breakfast was acceptable. The facilities were very old, felt like 80s or 90s, especially the bathroom, we think the room rate was overpriced for the condition the hotel is in

The room was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient since the shower and toilet share the same door. No toothbrush was provided, and the soundproofing could be improved as well. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.
