パナマパナマ県で、駐車場のあるホテル

クラウンプラザホテルでこのようなクオリティーとは驚きました。ひどいというほどではありませんでしたが、二度と泊まりたくありません。 詳細： 空港シャトル：空港ホテルが無料ホテルシャトルを宣伝しているのであれば、宿泊客の相当数は空港へのアクセスが容易だと期待しているはずです。しかし、ホテルに着くまで情報を得るのはほぼ不可能です。到着前の週に2回メールを送りましたが返信はなく、2日間で10回以上電話をかけて情報を得ようとしましたが返信はありませんでした。ようやく出発当日に連絡があり、ターミナルの外に出ればシャトルが来るとだけ言われました。案内表示も時刻表も何もありませんでした。実際にパナマに到着してから再度電話したところ、17番ドアから毎時25分に出発するとのことでした。パートナーがたまたま通りの反対側の14番ドアでそれを見つけたのは幸運でした。ホテルには印刷された時刻表があります。ウェブサイトに掲載するか、確認メッセージで共有するのはどうでしょうか？あるいは、少なくとも電話があったら伝えた方がいいでしょうか？空港に着いたら、受付に時刻表があるので、問題なく空港まで戻ることができました。1時間ごとに運行しています。 ジム：ホテルとしては非常に良かったです。素晴らしいというほどではありませんが、清潔で、マシン、マット、メディシンボール、レジスタンスバンド、ウェイトなど、様々な種類の器具が揃っていました。感心しました。 朝食：特筆すべき点はありませんが、種類は豊富です。スクランブルエッグ、シリアル、ソーセージ、チーズ、ライス、エンパナーダ、パンなど。ただ、表示がないものが多かったです。「コーンエンパナーダ」は牛肉がたっぷり入っていて、誤解を招きやすい気がします。 レストラン：ベジタリアンには選択肢が非常に限られているため、利用しませんでした（ベジタリアン料理は1品だけだったと思います）。また、かなり高価に感じました。レストラン併設のホテルなので普通だと思いますが、質はそれに見合っていないように感じました。 部屋：広くてゆったりとした部屋で、快適なベッド、コーヒーメーカー、テレビが備わっています。しかし、とても変な臭いがして、湿気があり、エアコンは70年代風でした（音もそうでした）。 バスルーム：こちらもまあまあでした。シャンプーやコンディショナーなどは、壁に取り付けられたブラケットのサイズに合っていないようで、0.5cmほどしか押し込めず、使い心地が非常に悪かったです。 プールは利用しなかったので、コメントできません。前述の通り、特にひどい点はありませんでしたが、クラウンプラザブランドなのに、イライラさせられる経験でした。個人的には、二度と泊まりません。

スタッフは少し英語を話し、レイトチェックアウトをリクエストしました。 部屋は清潔で広として快適でした。 1泊あたりの価格は大きな価値であり、強くお勧めします。

かなり大きな部屋ですが、部屋の掃除機は空気の香水を多すぎて、部屋を臭いにします。2日後でも匂いを感じることができます。 空港近くのホテルが、パナマシティからの距離は少し遠いです。 空港へのシャトルバスは1時間ごとに利用できます。

本当に素晴らしい滞在でした！チェックインからチェックアウトまで、Riu で過ごす時間を心から満喫しました。スタッフとチェックイン手続きの迅速で便利な点に感謝しています。部屋は完全に清潔でピカピカだっただけでなく、部屋に行くためのエレベーターもたくさんありました。朝食の絞りたてジュースが一番おいしかったです（本当に新鮮で最高でした）。滞在中、朝食ビュッフェはプールを眺めながら楽しめて、とても良かったです（プールがもう少し大きかったらよかったのに）。レストラン TASTE とバーテンダーのドリンクはぜひ試してみてください。間違いなく市内で最高のレストランの 1 つです！ TASTE での食事は格別で、価格も申し分ありません（また来るつもりなので、変更しないでください）。最初から最後まで、Riu のおかげでパナマでの誕生日の体験は価値あるものになりました。正直、どんなことがあっても変えたくありません！部屋を常に清潔に保ってくれたハウスキーピングに感謝します。スーツケースや衣類を外に出しておいても 1 インチも動かされませんでした。ベッドはここしばらくで一番快適なシーツで、バスルームはダブルシンクでとても大きくて広々としていました。私たちは毎日、アクティビティやゲストのフレンドリーさと楽しさに感謝しています。もしリウに滞在していないのなら、何をしているのですか?

I would give this hotel an average rating. The interior decor of the lobby was strange and they kept the lobby and the floor hallways so cold that even the desk staff and other employees had to wear jackets. It was very uncomfortable coming in off the streets to such a cold environment. When asked of the numerous reception desk receptionists throughout the day why they kept it so cold that they had to wear jackets, they said they didn't know. I ended up getting a chest cold from the cold environment. My bed was comfortable, so I will give the hotel a 5 on that. But the room was noisy from both the outside and from the hallways. I had to twice tell the housekeeping to turn down their walkie talkie radios. Breakfast was about the same everyday. Nothing to write home about. I will say the fruit was delicious but everything else was ok. Not much selection. I had to have maintenance come and repair the hand towel holder that was just glued on the tile and fell off my first day. Took two days and numerous requests at the front desk for them to come and repair it. The maintenance man did properly install it this time using a drill and screw instead of glue. I will not stay at this hotel again as there are so many to choose from in this area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience in the Heart of Casco Viejo! Art Casco is hands-down one of the most stylish and comfortable boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, with historic charm all around and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online. But they handled it with patience and professionalism. Please make sure this hotel gets their money—they truly deserve it. The rooms are artistically designed, clean, and full of character. Every detail—from the artwork to the furniture—felt curated with care. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!). The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Soggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore. Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien. Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

まあまあのホテルです。 立地は良く、メガポリス モール (ハード ロック カフェ - パナマ) の隣にあります。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです。 バーの前には大きなスクリーンがあり、試合 (NBA の試合) を観ることができます。 部屋は快適です。 また泊まりたいです。
