ポルトガルアゾレス諸島で、駐車場のあるホテル

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

Amazing place. Sparkling clean. Great location

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes e lojas... Pequeno almoço bom tinha de tudo um pouco.... Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi. Gostamos da estadia...

滞在期間：2025年7月27日～2025年7月31日 第一印象： 広々としたモダンな建築、よく整備された設備、洗練された雰囲気が印象的でした。サービスは申し分なく、スタッフは常にフレンドリーで積極的に対応し、滞在をより充実したものにしてくれました。 設備とサービス： 充実した設備のジム（様々なマシンを完備）と快適な屋内プールは良い点ですが、改善の余地もいくつかありました。 - ジム：バッテリー切れのモニターや錆びの兆候が見られるチェーンなど、一部の設備に老朽化が見られ、より頻繁なメンテナンスが必要でした。 プール：宿泊客の流れに対して広さが限られているため、ピーク時には不快感を感じることがありました。 客室とバスルーム： 清潔感は申し分ないものの、客室とバスルームは驚くほど簡素でした。基本的な内装や、シャワーカーテン（ガラス製のシャワーブースではなく）といった細部の配慮は、このカテゴリーのホテルに期待される水準から外れているように感じます。 朝食： 朝食は種類が豊富で素晴らしかったのですが、コーヒーサービス、特にエスプレッソは改善の余地があります。長い列ができ、多くの人が待っている間に飲み物がなくなることもありました。待ち時間を短縮するために、コーヒーメーカーの増設をお勧めします。 価格に見合った価値： 4泊という投資を考えると、仕上げやメンテナンスなど、より洗練された設備が期待されました。他の経験（例えば、他の島にある3つ星ホテルなど、より低価格で、いくつかの点でより優れたパフォーマンスを発揮するホテルなど）と比較すると、価格に見合った価値は期待を下回りました。 評価：⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)

Шикарные виды, веселый хозяин, удобная кровать и отличный душ в 11 номере. У нас должен был быть другой номер с балконом, но поселили в номер за кухней. Нам понравилось и мы не стали настаивать на переселении. В номере было тепло, что редко на островах в мае.

Foi uma estadia ótima, mesmo tendo sido apenas por uma noite. O quarto estava limpo, arejado e muito confortável. Quero dar um destaque especial para o atendimento da receção no dia em que chegámos: o senhor que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpático, fez questão de nos apresentar o hotel com todos os detalhes e deixou-nos logo à vontade. Esse cuidado no atendimento fez toda a diferença e tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo!
