It's an Ibis! The room was well maintained, and the swimming pool was a good way to relax. The pool has deeper options as well, perfect was a long swimming session.
It was about 2 years ago since we were here last. A few things have improved but the rooms we stayed this time had no airco and for Portugal room without airco in the summer I can tell you it’s terrible to sleep. The breakfast is good, the service is good everybody is really friendly and helpful but the hotel really needs an urgent renovation. Attached picture is what you look at at breakfast could for sure use an urgent tlc
ゲゲストThe hotel was amazing! The room as very clean and with great space! Breakfast was good but not amazing as well as the spa area. The only bad thing was the bathroom as every time we had a shower, it would create a pool inside the bathroom! We had to put the towels on the floor to avoid the water to spread to the room and we had to call the housekeeping 3 times to clean all the water.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Crowne Plaza Caparica. Het hotel is modern, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en goed uitgerust, ideaal om tot rust te komen na een dagje strand of een uitstapje naar Lissabon.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd met een glimlach en bereid om mee te denken. Voor gezinnen is dit hotel een echte aanrader: de kidsclub is geweldig! Onze dochter voelde zich er helemaal thuis dankzij de lieve en enthousiaste juffen die met veel aandacht en plezier activiteiten organiseerden. Ook het zwembad en de kinderspeelruimte waren een groot succes.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, met veel keuze en verse producten. Elke ochtend was het weer een goede start van de dag.
Het strand ligt niet direct op loopafstand, maar er rijdt een handige shuttlebus vanuit het hotel waardoor je er toch makkelijk en snel kunt komen.
Kortom: een fantastisch hotel waar gastvrijheid, comfort en kindvriendelijkheid voorop staan. Wij hebben een topvakantie gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug naar Crowne Plaza Caparica!

What really made our stay special was the people. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone:

It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely!
Plus, the amenities are awesome!We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access.
Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! We'll definitely be back when we're next near Lisbon. Highly recommend!👍

Falta de louça no pequeno almoço,
Falta de organização na sala de pequeno almoço,
Pequeno almoço sofrível,
Poucas espreguiçadeiras da piscina e algumas partidas,
Atoalhados que já deviam estar fora de serviço,
Ar condicionado com problemas,
Falta de frigobar,
Parte das infraestruturas a necessitar de renovação.
AAugusto H.A localização do apartamento é perfeita, em frente ao mar, com acesso direto à praia e à piscina, ideal para uns dias de descanso. No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas.
Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu.
Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.
