RRalrad⭐ “A True 5-Star Experience Disguised as 4 Stars” ⭐
This hotel may officially carry 4 stars, but in every meaningful way, it delivers a true 5-star experience.
From the moment of arrival, everything is handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine professionalism. The staff are exceptionally attentive without being intrusive — always present, always helpful, and clearly well trained. You feel welcomed, remembered, and valued as a guest, which is the hallmark of real hospitality.
The rooms are immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Comfort is clearly a priority: high-quality bedding, excellent soundproofing, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping standards are outstanding and consistent.
Facilities are impressively well managed. Every area — from common spaces to amenities — feels cared for, organized, and intentional. Nothing feels rushed or neglected. The hotel operates smoothly and quietly, which speaks volumes about the quality of management behind the scenes.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. Small gestures, efficient service, and a sense of pride in what they offer elevate the entire experience beyond expectations. It delivers the refinement, comfort, and reliability normally associated with top-tier 5-star properties.
This is one of those rare hotels where the rating undersells the reality. If you are looking for comfort, quality, and service that exceeds expectations, this hotel absolutely deserves to be considered 5-star in practice, regardless of what the official classification says.
Highly recommended — and a benchmark for what hospitality should be.

NNicholas DuellWe stayed at the newly renovated Casa Chitic property at Strada Nicolae Balcescu 13. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very clean and functional with a walk-in shower. Very clean, nice towels and linens, and a good breakfast. Conveniently located. Represents great value for money.

RRa1Title: Excellent Stay in Brașov – Modern, Quiet, and Perfect Location!
Review:
My partner and I stayed at Hotel Armatti for 2 nights, and it proved to be a fantastic base for exploring Brașov. Everything met high standards from check-in to check-out.
Location: Superb setting on Strada Lungă 5. It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station).
The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless.
Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch.
Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage.
Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

FFlorin georgeThe spa pretty much is making the hotel , room is big , vintage still, the restaurant is good but they are calling this so called singing band, once the restaurant is quite busy they are coming over you and pretty much asking for money , is just a different way for beggars, same thing the restaurant around the corner i forgot the name . Of course you have the option to go eat on swissotel which doesn’t have this gypsy beggars coming over you .

CChee Keong ChoongLoved my stay at Residence Central Annapolis! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the old town, so everything is just a short walk away. The building has this old-world charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Brașov and want somewhere central with character, this is a great pick!

ゲゲストLo único bueno del hotel es su ubicación. El personal poco amable, el desayuno muy pobre y escaso, no reponían cuando se acababan los productos. En la habitación teníamos una TV pero no había enchufe para poder verla

AAmarnahThe place was easy to find on maps. The door has instructions on how to check in as there is three “Ambient” locations, however they are close enough to each other to park at the one you have booked and walk the Pensiune Ambient to check in. Ambient Residence in which i stayed was great. The place had a communal kitchen/dining area, free tea and coffee station on each floor. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean and tidy. Hot was came through pretty much instantly. It’s located about 25min walk from the old town area. Highly recommend

CChristian SteinertRoom was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

MM15KAKEReNwe’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.
