Good hotel as per price range compared to others. Around 1 km of walk from hotel, good thing was they provided shuttle bus service to Masjid e Nabwi. Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram. Reception speaks English. Recommended if you are looking for a fair price.

Location is excellent, the room has connection doors and is in groups of 3 and noisy due to Neighbors. The noise of traffic comes to the room. Elevators are very busy. I would stay in another nearby hotel next time in Madinah

Dear Team at Elaf Taiba Hotel, I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for during my time at your hotel. Thank you once again for your hospitality. All Good in the hotel, the location , only 10 min Wak from masjid nabawi, the staff, the iftar buffet and really big rooms.

Booking a room with a Masjid View is highly recommended. Being able to see the minarets and the sea of worshippers from your window adds a deep spiritual layer to your stay.

Overall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
