Even though the location wasn’t what we expected but the inside of the room was very clean and spacious, it includes all the amenities needed. Best to take down the number of a taxi driver as they’ll know their way around once dropping you off!

Had a good 3 day 2 night stay at Jayden hotel, staff were kind enough to allow for free early check in as well as free late of checkout. The hotel is a close walk to haram but take note that the lady’s entrance is quite far. Breakfast selection is great and topped up often. The room is comfortable and clean with hot drinks and full set of toiletries, highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

批判ではありませんが、改善してほしい点が一つあります。朝食の品揃え、見た目も味も格段に良くなりました。ただ、気を付けてください。スタッフは、お客様が食事と雰囲気をゆっくり楽しむのを放っておいてくれないような気がします。きっと、すべて順調かどうか尋ねてくるのでしょうが、一番大事なのは…彼らは、お客様にすぐにホテルのレビューを書いてもらうこと、そして星「5つ星」をクリックさせることにばかり気を取られています。私にとっては、これは押し付けがましいです。

Hi, thank you for such a nice hospitality by team Madinah Aram Hotel. The staff was really cooperative & polite regarding everything. Also the rooms are spacious with good facilities in nearby areas. Only good thing about the hotel was the location. Hotel was literally a 5 minute walk from the masjid Nabawi. The rooms were tiny, service was rubbish and staff were not friendly at all. If I was to stay at this place again it would be because of the location.

女性の祈りのエリアに行くのに少し離れていますが、マスジドエナバウィまで徒歩圏内という絶好のロケーションであることがわかりました。ホテルでは、各祈りの時間に女性向けのシャトルバスを提供しています。部屋自体は時代遅れで、バスルームには一定の臭いがあり、時代遅れで、私たちの部屋は非常に窮屈で、操縦するスペースがあまりなく、スーツケースを置くための荷物ラックさえありませんでした。その評価が5 *であることを考慮すると、5 *の感覚が得られませんでした。

7月～8月はプロモーション価格で1泊63万5千ルピーと、快適に過ごせました。部屋はスーツケースを開けるのに十分な広さがあり、洗濯や乾燥も早く、冷蔵庫も冷えていて広々としていますが、残念ながら椅子がありません。清掃サービスには満足です。コーヒー、紅茶、タオルの補充はありましたが、設備は簡素で、ヘアドライヤーとレストランはありません。階下にコーヒーショップと軽食店があります。スタッフは親切で助かりました。預言者のモスクまでは、アリモスクを過ぎて316番ゲートまで約12分です。

Overall good amenities and good location. AC was noisy, they weren’t helpful in changing the room although their engineer couldn’t fix the issue. Unsatisfied with customer service.

ゲゲストとても衝撃的です。アルウラに1泊する必要があります。部屋のドアのすぐそばで写真を撮ることができます。向かいにはコンサートホールがあります。食事に関しては、個人の好みによります。料金が高いと思われる場合は、古代都市まで車で出かけて食事をする方が費用対効果が高いです。選択肢はもっとあります。スタッフもとても温かく、思いやりがあります。公共のプールは16歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。私たちの子供は13歳で、追加の食事と宿泊料はかかりません。朝食は注文しました。トイレタリーは平均的です。高い宿泊料金を除けば、他のすべてはまだ非常に良いです。

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

ゲゲストWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

AAna Zamriナバウィ・モスクが一望できるエグゼクティブキングルームを予約し、それに加えて14階のエグゼクティブラウンジへのアクセスも付与されました。1年前に全額支払い済みです。ラマダン期間中のモーベンピックでの2回目の滞在でした。2024年にはこのホテルに18日間滞在し、今年は8日間滞在しました。
エグゼクティブラウンジでは、マグリブからイシャクまでのイフタール用の軽食を提供してくれました。軽食は、テラウィーの祈りの後も午前2時まで提供されています。部屋は広々としてとても快適です。滞在がとても気に入っています。1つ改善が必要な点があるとすれば、サフール中の食事を改善することです。魚やエビが提供されるたびに、魚介類の匂いがまだはっきりしていることに気付きました。きちんと洗ってください。そうすれば、インシャアッラー、食べ物の匂いも味も良くなるでしょう。2つ目に、ブリヤニなどのライスが提供されましたが、まるでイフタールの残り物のように骨だけが残っていました。食事以外は全て素晴らしかったです。ホテルのフロントは幹線道路に直結しており、タクシーやUberを利用するDIY旅行者にとって非常に便利です。エレベーターも多数あり、ビン・ダウッド・スーパーマーケットはホテルの真下と建物内にあります。温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。

Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram.

匿匿名ユーザーOur stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
