I recently stayed at Madinah Aram Hotel, and my experience was extremely positive. Their services and overall response were very professional, making my stay smooth and comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location it’s only a 10-minute walk to Masjid Al-Haram in Madinah, which made it very convenient for me to attend prayers and visit the Haram frequently. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. InshaAllah, I will be staying here again next year.

Good hotel as per price range compared to others. Around 1 km of walk from hotel, good thing was they provided shuttle bus service to Masjid e Nabwi. Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram. Reception speaks English. Recommended if you are looking for a fair price.

Perfect location and excellent customer service

للأسف يوجد ملاحظات كثيرة والقيمة مقابل المال مرتفعة جداً يستاهل فقط 3 نجوم و الحمام عند الاستحمام لعدم وجود مياة ساخنة و الفطور و لله الحمد عادي جداً و لا أنصح بحجز فطور من الفندق موظفي الإستقبال للأسف لايوجد عندهم حلول ..

2025年4月上旬、妻と娘と共にプルマン・ザムザム・マディーナに宿泊しました。総じて快適な滞在となりました。部屋は十分な広さで、3人で4つのベッドがあり、私たちのニーズにぴったりでした。とても快適で広々とした空間でした。 ホテルは素晴らしい立地にあり、特に男性にとって、古いモスク、預言者ムハンマド（ﷺ）の墓、そしてラウダへと続くマスジド・ナバウィの入り口に非常に近いため、礼拝や参拝に非常に便利でした。 しかし、女性用のマスジド入口は少し離れています。ありがたいことに、ホテルは女性専用のシャトルサービスを提供してくれており、これは心遣いであり、大変ありがたく思います。 サービスは概ね良好で、スタッフは丁寧でした。利便性と快適さを考えると、ぜひまた宿泊を検討したいと思います。

The hotel is conveniently situated near Masjid Nabawi, making it a great choice for visitors. It isn't officially rated five stars, and the standard rates are a bit higher because of its prime location. The water in the shower could be warmer, but overall, the reception staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hygiene was great but there were lots of flies in the room (because the previous person had opened the windows) and dead flies blood on the ceilings which can’t be helped in medina. Location was unreal as close to masjid nabawi. Service was very slow to the room if we wanted something would wait an hour. The room felt very old fashioned type but was still a lovely stay and cosy bed.

Overall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
