スウェーデンヴェステルボッテン県で、駐車場のあるホテル

바사플랜 바로 앞이라 위치는 아주 좋고 방도 깔끔해요 다만 뭐 있는게 별로 없고 컵에 석회 껴있어요.. 편하게 쉬기는 좋은 곳 같아요 조식도 맛있었고 직원도 친절해요 근데 이중 결제 됐어요

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

Nice Hotel and very good Service

酒店位置很好，靠近大學和醫院。房間設施太簡陋，沒有電視、電話、咖啡，甚至都沒有洗髮水和護髮素（衹有一個shower cream）。早餐還不錯

Bardzo dobry hotel, normalny standard za niedużą kwotę, świetne śniadanie, tylko brak okien w pokojach to jakiś dziwny ”szwedzki” standard? W Polsce niedopuszczalne, ale tam widać inne przepisy. Ale na jedną noc można to wytrzymać ;)

ホテルの場所はとても良いです、町の中心部、川に近い、南側の部屋はUMEAの町のほとんどを見ることができます。景色は美しく、人口がまばらで、魅力的です。歩行者通りの近くの階下には、おいしい中華料理の大東があります。たくさんのバーがあり、そこで仕える女の子は金髪で青い目をしています。丁寧。

This was my first time staying here, and it was a great experience, so I would definitely recommend it to others. The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no noise at all.

During our road trip from Tromsø to Oslo, we stayed at this hotel and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with a Coop supermarket conveniently nearby. The area was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and delicious, far exceeding our expectations. The receptionist was very professional and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend!
