Clean place to stay at it closer to fast food and the stuff is so nic

The hotel was nice but there was business event there, we couldn't get the room what we paid for.

Spacious room with required amenities and the location is added advantage

This combines the review of the two rooms we rented for our family: So this hotel has two sections, a new “tower” section and an old section. If you book through trip .com you will definitely be put in the old section. It’s not bad but not great. The decorating style of the rooms is 1980’s outdated. Every room is a long way from the parking lot. The luggage carts are an even further way from the room. The room is too cold when the AC is blowing, and too hot when it is off. The mini fridge froze everything overnight. The sink did not drain. The bathroom mirror light would not turn on. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean - although I prefer newer style hotels that do not have carpet in the room. The light blocking curtains let a lot of light in in the morning. We could hear music through the wall until the wee hours of the morning the first night. The noo-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke the second day after the room deodorizer faded. The TV only has basic cable channels and does not let you hook up a firestick. The Internet is under 5mbps and some times, like after dinner, it slowed down to less than 1mbps. There is a $15 per day “service fee” on top of what trip .com charges that you find out about when you go to check in. The room seemed to be on the larger side for a cheap hotel. The water pressure is outstanding. The location is really good, a short drive to the beach, the zoo and restaurants. The pool area is quite nice with two hot tubs and lots of kids playing. There is free coffee and soda in the far back left corner of the casino. The casino looked bright and flashy and blinky, but we are not gamblers so we did not check it out except for beverages. All in all, I would stay there again, though I would try to find some way to get in the newer tower section if possible - and Trip .com was a significant discount over every other way to book.

酒店位於市中心，出行方便，距離紀念碑，國會等地都很近。隔壁就是Lucas oil stadium ，酒店早餐種類豐富，感覺所有的holiday inn的早餐都一樣的。

I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY.  PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.  THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM.    IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP.  THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE.  HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN.  THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.  IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM. Free cookie no. Smile and greeted no. Shuttle to casino no. Refrigerator in room no. Walls paper thin. Don’t list amenities if you don’t have them. This was a nice place 10 years ago. Location is excellent.
