Local bem localizado, com uma estrutura agradável. Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

Расположение отеля неплохое , отличные заведения рядом. Чайник в номере не работает. Таблички не беспокоить - нет. Сейф чтобы открыть нужно ждать техника , он был не исправен когда я прибыл . Светильник вырван. Персонал практически не говорит по Английский .

整體都挺好的，離中餐館也很近，去旁邊的喜來登下面吃快餐也很方便。 樓頂有健身房和泳池，泳池就算了，太短了，一言難盡。健身房設施還是不少的。 洗了衣服，也不貴，香香的。 服務人員都很nice。 住的中國人感覺不少呢。 早餐沒有蔬菜，各種麪包 腸 甜點 煎蛋 茶 咖啡 也可以拿回房間吃。 電視台不少～

Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk. One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience. The hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo. I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around. I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.
