We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

This is my second stay at the Seven Oaks in a few months. The front desk staff was excellent for my arrival. Super friendly and helpful unlike my previous stay. This current receptionist set me up for a very pleasant stay. Sometimes the staff can make all the difference!

Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

Very. I’ve facility, very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as prompt services. I’d stay here again and tell my friends and family it is a great hotel.

ホテルの場所は少し偏っていますが、ミッドタウンなどのビジネス地区まで歩いて行くこともできます。部屋は新しく、超大型で暖房が十分で、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシンはすべて利用可能です。健康も非常に良いです。朝食はHoliday Inn Expressの一貫した基準です。栄養は十分で、問題ありません。しかし、それは良い食事です、レストランの朝食は非常に人間的でパッケージ化することができます。 チェックアウト時にフロントデスクと話をしましたが、ここ数年でホテルに泊まった唯一の中国人です。

Amazing property and staff. I stayed for five days and felt like home. The room was big and clean. I got the 8th floor and a good view from my room.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the chairs carpet and ottoman. Shower is small and curtain is too far inside the shower. No room to shower.  Beds are uncomfortable and in disrepair. Made a clink and seemed to drop every time you get in. TV stand was in rough shape and fridge was barely cold and unstable.  Carpet was also torn. Not very nice for the high price charged for for this room. This was the balcony room s.
