The room was clean and cosy and front-desk was friendly and responsive. We booked mainly to check out the pool, spa and gym as advertised by the hotel. So it was really disappointing when we found out that these facilities were closed on Xmas day and on other days operated at limited hours when we were there. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are operated by a separate company from the hotel. That meant operating hours of those facilities are not catered for hotel guests at all. And it also meant sharing the facilities with members of the gym. So if you’re thinking of staying here and using the gym or pool, just bear those things in mind. Breakfast selection was quite limited. Very bare selection of any salads or greens. Quite embarrassing as well to see that clean plates were not available several times when there were less than 20 covers at breakfast. I understand it was the holiday season and the hotel is understaffed. But I’m sure this is not the first Christmas or NYE the hotel has encountered.
Fantastic for plane lovers. Staff were v helpful and responded quickly to an issue which we were happy with. The exec rooms are becoming a bit tired and needing a bit of a overhaul soon especially for the cost.
Great stop over on the way to Scotland! Tired the kids out in the pool and even got some Jacuzzi time myself. Great facilities and fit four of us comfortably. The staff couldn’t do more, especially at breakfast when they looked after my kids and showed them the bookcase. Thank you to the lady who used to be a British Airways hostess particularly! 
Room was gorgeous, quiet, comfy, tidy, clean, with all the little extra amenities. Perfect central location, the service was very quick, fast check in and friendly staff. Particularly loved that I could connect my phones Bluetooth to the tv, and lobby is beautiful! Thank you for a perfect stay

The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel.
There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.
This hotel is very good service. The environment is very good as well. But, It provide a location of free car park space. You shall make sure have a car if you are a traveler.
Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back.

ゲゲストI stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

TTravelTime11Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!
ゲゲストWas given a top floor room and asked for another as wife has just had two knee replacements the lady then gave us another room which was further away and just as many stairs, the room was ok but their was a noise which made it impossible to hear the television so on asking was put in the original top floor room and the television was not working only one Chanel and could not alter anything, We were then given another room two doors away and the room was fine but still top floor, both in mid seventies and was watched struggling up lots of stairs with no offer of help, very poor service and understanding.
