Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.
Was given a top floor room and asked for another as wife has just had two knee replacements the lady then gave us another room which was further away and just as many stairs, the room was ok but their was a noise which made it impossible to hear the television so on asking was put in the original top floor room and the television was not working only one Chanel and could not alter anything, We were then given another room two doors away and the room was fine but still top floor, both in mid seventies and was watched struggling up lots of stairs with no offer of help, very poor service and understanding.
Very helpful staff great food selection in restaurants arrived midnight fab customer service as a disabled customer having a late flight we stayed the week before on our outward journey they helped me contact assisted boarding would definitely stay again n recommend friends n family nothing was a bother my companion is plant based n they provided oat milk n tea bags on request rooms bright n airy beds so comfortable after long flight great shampoo conditioner n body lotions of good quality can't thank staff enough for there help
Hotel is lovely & very central to all the shops pubs etc all walking distance & NCP car park 5 mins walk away. We had afternoon tea when we arrived & yes it’s more than you would pay but the service & quality of the hood was second to none !! Cakes were so light you wondered if you ate them 🤣🤣
Pool & spar was so relaxing, we went 3 times & never really busy. Staff were all excellent as you would expect & we would definitely like to go back . Highly recommended x
No sleep, kids running about, slamming doors, shouting and generally causing havoc. Throwing rubbish out of the window

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was very family-friendly.
The pool was absolutely amazing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The staff were very nice, friendly, and always helpful. They made us feel welcome and were happy to assist whenever we needed anything.
All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel.
There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.
ゲゲストI stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

ゲゲストRoom a little dated and sink did not work as the plug was stuck in it. The staff were very friendly but the food was not good. I asked for nachos and was told they weren’t available and so I decided to take fish and chips. The fish was over cooked and the chips were full of grease and I couldn’t eat them. Was given a refund for the fish and chips.
Breakfast was a good choice but you have to pay for a decent coffee. Not sure if I’d stay here again.
TTravelTime11Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!
