I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

I stayed at theThe Pelican Hotel Hotel in Cantonments for a six‑night business trip (Standard Room). The location is excellent – Cantonments is a safe, quiet, and well‑connected neighbourhood, close to several embassies, corporate offices, and good restaurants. The hotel itself is modest in size but well run. The Standard Room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked effectively – essential for Accra’s climate. Wi‑Fi was stable enough for emails, video calls, and light file transfers, though speeds dipped slightly in the evening. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and offering local advice. Breakfast was a simple but satisfying mix of fresh fruit, eggs, toast, and local coffee. So why not 5 stars? The room, while clean, felt a bit dated – the furniture had visible wear, and the water pressure in the shower fluctuated. There is no proper desk in the Standard Room; I had to use a small side table for my laptop, which was not ideal for a longer business stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent – one day they forgot to replenish bottled water.

All good, clean furnished apartments with small complimentary amenities, similar to what you would find in hotel. Great down to earth staff who were accommodating with late check in at night.

1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax. 2. The staff here are extremely good from the security guard to the room service friends! I feel very interested ^^ 3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^ The disadvantages are: 4. For example, a little far from the main road, you need to call Uber. 5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞 6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

There was no clean towels they in the washer been washed. The sofa was very uncomfortable. It has huge lumps and gaps in the the cushion. It is completely worn out

most of the things was good, but to my surprise no toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel and hand towel , also bathroom mat was not clean as well. but l really like the place everything else is up to the higher standards. l had 2 shampoos instead.

It was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel’s vibrant, stylish decor truly lives up to its name, giving off a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was also impressive, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both local and international tastes. With a very jovial chef and warm smile creating you as you walk in. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my stay, yet it still felt like a retreat away from the city’s hustle. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and style. I’d definitely stay here again!

Good size room and clean. Renovation going on which makes huge drilling sound which is unbearable. Breakfast could improve but still many varieties available. Will definitely come back and hope renovation will be done by then. Staffs are really helpful and supportive!
