The room was nicely presented. The staff were ok, nothing spectacular. The hotel internet in my room was not work-able, super super slow. There is a KFC and Alfamart in walking distance, also Queens Mall is within 50m which is really close. The old town requires a bit of a walk, I would say 20-25 minutes.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. チェックインとチェックアウトがスムーズな良いホテルです。ホテルはショッピングモールに直結しており、宿泊客にとって非常に便利です。サービスも良く、部屋は清潔で明るい雰囲気でした。立地も非常に良く、ベッドと枕も快適でした。

部屋は古代のユダヤ人スタイルで、ベッドと家具は大丈夫ですが、シンクは塞がれていて、タオルの清潔さは大丈夫です。部屋には大きなトカゲがたくさんいるので、テーブルのいくつかのポイントにはトカゲの糞があります。全体的に、リゾートは広として美しいので、広として快適です。しかし、私は部屋のデザインのファンではありません。バスルームと部屋を改装して、より持続可能でメンテナンスコストが高くないようにすることができます。

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.
